Poor service
We’ve just completed a purchase where chancellors was the vendors agent. I appreciate that the agent works for the vendor and can’t be held responsible for lack of attention on their part. I don’t think that should stop the agent being open about challenges and replying to emails and calls. Verging on rudeness and very poor service. I wouldn’t sell through chancellors after this experience.

Tom H was great when he showed me two properties. He answered all the questions I had and has been really good with communicating when it comes to booking viewings.

An excellent experience
Cormac from Chancellors has been consistently excellent working to sell my property. He is friendly; courteous; understanding of the pressures involved in both buying and selling properrty; and enables the process by suggesting alternatives or offering counsel on particular decisions. His communication has always been prompt and efficient and I'm delighted that he handled most of the viewings for my flat. Thanks, Cormac.

Jude is absolutely amazing
Jude is absolutely amazing. After a marriage breakdown I was struggling so much Jude made sure I understood everything and made sure I felt reassured and really well looked after. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me. Jude gaal is a credit to chancellors estate agents. Would 💯 recommend her services to anybody. A very stressful and tearful time but Jude helped me get through.

Highly recommend
We had a wonderful experience with Cormac selling our house. Cormac understood our selling points and ensured they were covered at each viewing. Cormac was respectful of our home and quickly re-sold the property when the first buyer started being unresponsive. Highly recommend.

Chancellors had a buyer ready for when…
Chancellors had a buyer ready for when we instructed them on the sale of our late father's flat. We haven't exchanged contracts yet but things have run smoothly so far. Our agent Cormac has been very polite and reliable throughout the process and I hope the sale goes through with the same ease, once probate has been granted.
