Glen seems to have worked some magic here - I dealt with Challenge only once when I worked as a builder just as he started a few years ago and the experience was shocking. He apologised and said it was his mission to improve and, true to his word, this went without a hitch - good communication, good prices and quick delivery. Recommended!

Great customer service …
I was recommended Challenge Fencing (CF) Cobham.
Contacted CF to enquiry about frame for a gate which I ended up purchasing.
I was taken aback by the impressive customer service received by all staff members that I had the pleasure to speak to, in particular Murtaza.
They all made my purchase a breeze, from advice on product requested and requirements to the ordering process.
Great communication throughout, good interpersonal skills, professional approach and courteous.
Lastly, I have visited many timber/fencing merchants in my lifetime but Challenge Fencing Cobham is now my preferred choice.

Above and beyond
Everything ordered was delivered as requested. Initially asked for brown but said they didn’t have any and would have to collect from the other site, which they clearly went out of their way to do. Also asked for specific time slot between 10-2 to avoid school run and again this was met. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish

Brilliant help from Challenge Woking
Brilliant help from Challenge Woking....last minute on Friday before Christmas needed some sort of rustic panels to replace our broken forest school den in time for our Chrudtmas event 3 days later Andy brilliant on phone identifying 4 panels for us, then the team straight away delivered so we had Santas grotto ready for Mondays event. So grateful...we were in a panic and everyone was do helpful!

Online ordering was straightforward and I was subsequently contacted by telephone to arrange a delivery date.
I had asked for prior notice of the delivery time so that I could move the car out of the drive and I was telephoned in advance.
The two delivery men put the concrete gravel boards and featheredge fence panels in the drive where requested.
Disappointing that the nails used in the featheredge panels are not galvanised though.

Excellent delivered a day before actual delivery date.could of delivered the day before but sadly wasn't around. Excellent products no damage perfect even helped me put it where I needed it couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend and products good price panels well made and feel really heavy duty and dont look cheap really nice and you can ring them ask questions really polite and helpful no complaints from me

Purchasing our new fence
The overall experience was first rate. The person in the shop was helpful and we picked a delivery day that suited us. The actual delivery itself was on time and the delivery driver could not have been better. She was extremely helpful and I could not fault her in any way.
