Semplicemente il meglio per noleggiare auto in Scozia
Comunicazione facile e immediata, secondo autista gratuito, costo abbattimento franchigia per danni veicolo contenuto, nessuna cauzione che impegna disponibilità su carta di credito. Migliore preventivo. Upgrade auto vista la mia richiesta pochi giorni prima di auto con cambio automatico anziché manuale. Anziché utilitaria mi hanno dato una BMW 320 M3 Sport. Assetto non indicato per le single track scozzesi... ma che divertimento!
Certamente consigliati senza esitazione alcuna.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. We arrived a bit early and were prepared to wait until we had scheduled our rent but they immediately took us in and arranged everything. We got a car group upgrade so that was really nice. The car was great and we loved our time in the Highlands. The return was as smooth as the pick up, very fast and with no fuss. We will definetly be renting here again when we visit Scotland and would reccomend anyone to do the same!

Absolutely top notch service!
We needed a trusty car to travel from Aberdeen airport to Skye and back and we needed to be quite specific about type, and drop off time and location. We were going to some quite remote places and wanted to have 100% confidence in the company we used. Thanks to reviews we found Celtic Legend and there was no looking back! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Communication was speedy
and they answered any queries quickly. I particularly liked that there was no cap on mileage and we could have an extra driver at no cost. Some other providers seem to want to charge more at every opportunity but Celtic Legend seemed to focus much more on customer care and satisfaction. Our trusty car looked really well maintained and did 1,300 miles effortlessly, and I can’t thank Celtic Legend enough. We will definitely use them again!

The most professional car hire firm I have used in the UK (or Europe for that matter)
Extremely professional company which treats its clients as valuable customers. (Unlike, I might say, every other company I have rented from in the UK!). The vehicle was in great condition, the pricing was reasonable and transparent, and the staff were all delightful.

Si riconferma una compagnia seria, affidabile, conveniente.
Nel corso della prenotazione ho richiesto delle modifiche per il modello dell’auto, il loro riscontro è stai immediato ed esaustivo.
Ci siamo trovati splendidamente anche ad Edimburgo sia in fase di ritiro e consegna auto.
La navetta da e per l’aeroporto, è facile da individuare, veloce.
Il ritiro dell’auto è stato immediato e piacevole. Il personale è molto attento e cordiale. Il veicolo che ci è stato consegnato era in perfetto stato.
Se dovessimo scegliere nuovamente il Regno Unito per le nostre vacanze, non esiteremo ad affidarci nuovamente a loro.

As I was preparing for a trip to Scotland, the shopping for rental cars began. There was some people online praising Celtic Legend and the way they handled everything. I was very impressed with the way they answered all of my questions up front and never pushed me to use their service. They did a fine job explaining the differences with what they can do vs what other rental companies cannot do since Celtic Legend is a full service company. Their concern for safety also made my decision easier to select. They suggested a driving course through Tripiamo which was totally worth the fee that Tripiamo charges and prepared me for the driving experience. Do yourself a favor, select Celtic Legend and you will have no surprises at the rental counter that other travelers complain about on all social media sites regarding many car rental companies.

Their concern for safety also made my decision easier to select. Best car rental experience ever
I recently rented a car through Celtic Legend for my Scotland trip, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The communication was personal, clear, and reassuring — I felt confident about the booking from the very beginning.
The price quoted was great, and the pick-up process via Arnold Clark was smooth and efficient. The car itself was in excellent condition — clean, comfortable, and full of features. Throughout the trip I had no issues at all, and the drop-off was just as easy and quick.
Celtic Legend came highly recommended with strong reviews online, and honestly, I was initially a little skeptical about whether those reviews were genuine. After my own experience, I can say with confidence that they deserve every one of those positive ratings. Consigliatissimo! Compagnia estremamente seria. Seguiti molto bene nella fase di prenotazione tramite mail, non hanno richiesto nessun pagamento anticipato. In fase di consegna si è verificato un ritardo da parte loro e hanno provveduto, scusandosi, a fornirci un upgrade ed un pieno di carburante, dimostrando grande serietà (un inconveniente, ad agosto, quindi in un periodo particolarmente critico, può capitare a tutti, la capacità di reazione dimostra la serietà). Riconsegna dell'auto in località differente senza alcun problema. Fatta assicurazione con azzeramento franchigie che consiglio vivamente. Personale estremamente gentile. Auto nuova e ben tenuta.

Excellent experience! We Rented a car for a very reasonable price for a 2 week trip. We drove over 2,000 miles on the car in this time. Had no issues. Car was getting 53-54 MPG and our family was very comfortable.

Sistema di prenotazione semplice, staff via mail gentile e disponibile. Alla sede di appoggio di Arnold and Clark tutto è andato come previsto. Mi hanno dato una BMW 320d M sport con cambio automatico nuovissima. È stato senza dubbio un qualcosa che ha dato valore aggiunto alla vacanza. La serenità poi di avere la copertura senza franchigie ti fa muovere per la Scozia senza paure. La commessa della sede Arnold and Clark mi ha rassicurato a sua volta sul fatto di eventuali graffi o scalfitture ai cerchi in lega, totalmente coperti. Viene poi fornito il secondo guidatore in maniera gratuita, così che in qualsiasi emergenza potesse guidare sia io che la mia compagna senza problemi. Il costo rispetto alle offerte che si vedevano online da aggregatori di offerte per noleggio era più alto, tuttavia tenuto conto dei servizi offerti, della assicurazione, del guidatore extra, del cambio automatico e della qualità dell'auto che mi è stata data, prenoterei ancora tramite loro.
