The process with Celtic Legend in Edinburgh was smooth and easy. Later in our trip we had to rent from a more well-known car agency (at least in the US) and it was chaos. The contrast was striking. The Celtic vehicle was nice and almost new and suited our needs perfectly. We modified the date and location of drop off at the last minute without any problems. I also like how Celtic includes all the fees and insurance options upfront so you know what you're going to pay when you arrive. I would rent from them again without a doubt.

My experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first contact and booking process to the return of the vehicle, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine friendliness. When my flights were rerouted, your team quickly arranged the necessary changes, making what could have been a stressful situation completely effortless.
The city station shuttle for vehicle pickup from Buchanan Bus Station was arranged with a simple phone call and worked perfectly. Together with the airport shuttle for drop-off, it made both the start and end of the rental exceptionally convenient and hassle-free.
The car itself was excellent and contributed greatly to my unforgettable journey. By the way, a big thank you for the complimentary upgrade—it was a very welcome surprise and much appreciated. I would also like to express my sincere thanks not only to the Celtic Legend team but also to the vehicle provider, Arnold Clark, for delivering such a fantastic car and a first-class rental experience.
If I had one complaint—and this is entirely tongue-in-cheek—it would be that the six-day rental flew by far too quickly thanks to your brilliant service and the wonderful car!

Celtic Legend made our trip to Scotland a hassle free car rental experience. They were great to work with. The only knock, if you can call it that, was the emails going back and forth over a few days. Outside of that, they were very helpful and top notch h service!

We had to make a change to our service a few days before the rental service started and they were able to accommodate with no issues.

Great company to deal with!

They did not charge for a second driver, upgraded us and also did not charge for the navigation system which came with the car. There was no requirement for a deposit and they also take debit cards. We’re more than happy with this. The staff of Arnold Clarke were really nice. They were very responsive in their emails as well. The car was pretty new and clean. We’d hire from them again.

We have just arrived from Scotland. Had rented a car from Celtic Legend. Pick up and drop off were straight forward. The car was perfect and economical. The navigation system very helpful and updated.

I can’t rave about this company enough! Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful! From the initial inquiry email to them dropping us off at the hotel the entire process was smooth and as easy as can be. Every inquiry before and during our trip was answered quickly and efficiently. The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived for pickup and I greatly appreciate the shuttle back to our hotel instead of the airport- that was a nice touch. Highly recommend this company!!

Probably the best car rental service in Scotland. It was recommended by a Scottish friend, as I was looking to rent a car that would take four persons with all their luggage for a tour around Scotland. I started by emailing them for information. They were replying immediately even during weekends! They provided me with a brand new car (group 6 automatic estate, less than one year old with very little mileage, spotless inside out) and with useful information to make my trip safer and less tiring. They also had very decent pricing. Delivery and return of vehicle was fast and convenient. Best service I have ever had in renting a car. Highly recommended.

This was my second hire with Celtic Legend and it won't be the last. the service was seamless. The shuttle picked us up at Glasgow rail station and the driver provided a guided tour on the way to the rental office. Having rented a small car the consultant took one look at us and our luggage and upgraded to a mid size SUV . great move. The vehicle was in spotless condition with Apple car play that the consultant help us set up. Returning the car to Edinburgh was easy and the consultant arranged transport to our accommodation. All up, a pleasurable way to tour Scotland.

We picked up our large SUV at the Arnold Clark dealership in Edinburgh. The process was easy and quick. I highly recommend choosing the excess insurance coverage because if you are new to driving in Scotland you will be glad you did. On our first day, we came across a pothole and had a flat tire. We followed the easy instructions and within 2 hours we were on our way. A few days later a nasty curb jumped out at us on a narrow bridge. Again, Billy the mechanic was there quickly and we continued our trip. We have rented cars at multiple places and I have to say this was the best experience we have had. The return was simple and quick. You can’t go wrong with this wonderful company.

Wonderful service at the time we picked up and dropped off the vehicle. The vehicle itself was perfect for our needs and was trouble free for the entire vacation in Scotland. Excellent rental rates.

El proceso de reserva muy fácil, el coche fantástico y el personal de la sucursal de Inverness estupendo .
No me gustó la asistencia por teléfono ,hubo un malentendido , si bien el trato en persona en la sucursal fue impecable solucionando el inconveniente.
Lo recomendaría y repetiría 100%.
Destacar que en general en toda Escocia la gente es súper amable en cualquier destino al que vayas.

Working via email with the Archie/Celtic Legends was effortlessz. They suggested an out of the way location for car pick up to ease into left hand of the road driving The rental location staff were lovely and thorough in going through everything . The rate to include comprehensive coverage was reasonable. We had a very nice BMW for our week in Scotland. Will use Celtic Legend for future Scottish adventures.

Due settimane fa abbiamo noleggiato un'auto con Celtic Legend per una vacanza di 5 giorni nei Cotswolds, partendo da London Heathrow.
Fin dalla fase di prenotazione è stato tutto molto facile: la procedura è semplice e chiara.
Al nostro arrivo all'agenzia di Heathrow, volendo utilizzare il navigatore della vettura che avevamo prenotato, abbiamo cercato di attivare il collegamento con il bluetooth dello smartphone, senza riuscirci. Allora il gentilissimo personale dell'agenzia ci ha sostituito la vettura con una (più grande, quindi immagino più costosa) già dotata di navigatore, tutto senza chiederci alcuna maggiorazione di prezzo.
Poi è andato tutto liscio ed alla riconsegna la fase di verifica è stata rapidissima.
Non potevamo aspettarci un trattamento migliore!
