Excellent advice clearly given. The fitting was easy and everything is working well. So much simpler, easier and cheaper than the original batteries which became ever more difficult to obtain. I am most grateful and will certainly reorder from this company.

Top quality and service from Cell Pack
Ordered a Battery from Cell Pack and it arrived quickly and is a far better quality than the original seaward battery.
Spoke to Robert there today and he has advised me on a separate charger for the battery to stop the seaward tester over charging and ruining the battery, very helpful guys :)

Having looked into this I can see that you ordered a large quantity of flat top Industrial cells, which flagged one of our sales team to get in touch to confirm you would be satisfied with your order as these are not consumer cells. Upon getting in touch we asked for more information on the application and if you required them to be tagged. We discovered you were planning to use these batteries in an electric bike, an application not suitable for the particular cells ordered. Technical information was exchanged with recommendations on where to purchase the correct cells for your project.
We take great care ensuring our customers receive the best battery possible for their application and in this instance we could not process your order, to save you both time and money.

Samsung 40t cells
Just wanted to say how pleased I was with cell supply. The Samsung 40t cells I ordered were all genuine. The capacity of the cells along with the internal resistance when checked was exactly what the Samsung data sheets specified. All cells come with the same storage voltage which really made my life easy for assembling battery packs together. So all in all I'm well impressed and will be buying more from them in the near future.
