Arrived 3 weeks after given date. Cheap material, very poor quality. Initiated return immediately. No response to emails. Finally responded on messenger. Was given address in China to return product! Address incomplete & not responding to messages.
This is not an Australian company! Buy at your peril!

SCAM! Chinese Crap!

Arrived and the pattern didn't match up. I had a random cat tail going the wrong way up my arm and made from terrible material.

I reached out to the company who offered me to ship back the item at more than the item cost or take a 10% refund. I really thought they didn't understand that the item was unwearable. I wrote back twice and added pictures. They agreed to a 40% refund and then never replied again. No refund issued.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Complete SCAM!

Trash scammers. Celeste has sites targeting countries around the world so that they "look" Canadian, Australian, etc. Celeste.Truenorth is the Canadian version - their site says they are retiring and spending time sailing from Vancouver Island down to the Caribbean- what a joke. China company, cheap product. They need to be shut down.

I had placed my order for a Susan-Canine Art tee, April 18th .. or thereabouts.
I hadn't read any reviews about Celeste prior to placing my order and when I did, I was very disappointed.
I figured that I wouldn't never see this top.
However, it arrived yesterday, May 2, 2025 :))

I absolutely love it!!!
It's fun and unique and the colours are bright and happy. Super cute!
I am very happy with my experience and will order from Celeste again.
PS It just needs a little ironing, which was to be expected.

I ordered the chic vacation linen blend. Definitely not linen as described-more like polyester, however the dress was pretty nice. The cut was good, however a little small in the bust but that is common with most brands. A bit like SHEIN and probably not worth the price but I would still buy again. Print is gorgeous. I was going to post a photo however not an option. Dress the same as pictures, just not linen. I did check these comment after I bought and was worried but I was not disappointed.

This company is totally scam! I bought a bag for £58 but it never received. I have been contacting them by email but no response. I wish I had read all the reviews before I bought it.

buyceleste.com is a total scam, don’t buy from them. Bought a bag for my wife, she insisted it was legit though I told her most companies who advertise on instagram are scams (otherwise they would have the product where you can see and touch it), and nothing has arrived after 5 weeks now. They don’t answer to mails neither contact form from their website. Link to tracking doesn’t go anywhere neither…

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from Celeste Melbourne for around $170. They took about 6 weeks to arrive and were not the same as the photo on their site. The photo showed the shorts as 'distressed/stone washed' but when they finally came they were cheap thin fabric, nothing like the photos. I checked their refund page which stated that a valid reason for a refund was of the picture didn't match the delivered product. They said to email them for an authority to return and instructions re the return process. 3 emails later, 2 within their 30 day refund period and one follow up later but I've received no acknowledgement of their receipt. I've bought many things online but this is the first time I've been scammed. Steer clear of this company. They say their headquarters is in Amsterdam but I imagine that's a red herring as well.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.. I lost $90 with them. They have the returned items and my money. They dont reply to emails. I've been trying for 3 months for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.

I wish I had checked this website before ordering and paying for a handbag. I ordered it on Jan.2, 2025 and still haven’t received it by Jan. 30. Looks like I will never receive it. This company is a scam!
