Fantastic Training and Venue!
The training was fantastic! I came into the course knowing nothing about Indesign but found myself picking up the navigation and really enjoyed what I was learning. The trainer Adrian took the time to check in with all students in the class - he knew when I was struggling and gave me quick easy guidance to help. The tasks we completed were very professional making it very easy to imagine working on the software on a daily basis. I would recommend and I have since looked into future courses.

Adobe Captivate Advanced course
After completing the Adobe Captivate Essentials course a few weeks ago, I recently completed the 1 day Adobe Captivate Advance course, again in the online format.
The instructor Alice was very knowledgeable, and made sure each attendee was following along and keeping up. She also answered everyone's questions, and was able to provide suggestions and alternatives for how we could apply what we've learned to our own organisation's needs.
It's also good to know that due to the current circumstances, I am able to re-sit the course at a later date as a refresher, either online or in person.

I had my first remote learning…
I had my first remote learning experience on 1 May 2020. Having done a lot of courses including two degrees face-to-face, I was really anxious how I would adjust my learning style to remote learning. Well did I just have the best training day ever. I learnt so much more because there were no distractions - you can wholly concentrate on the content being delivered. I came away with so much knowledge and am readily applying it today. I would have to add, the trainer David was amazing. Very engaging and had the aptitude for delivering online. He was engaging and I actually felt he was in the "room" - he was so aware of his audience. If you have any doubts about online courses, do not - it was fabulous and its not because I am young (coursing towards 60). Well done. Hope to my employer allows me do another course soon.

Amazing. I did the InDesign training with David. City Desktop Training is very organised. They managed to work well with COVID and posted us the helpful workbook. David worked at a manageable pace and had a way of explaining that helped everyone. I came to training unsure about and overwhelmed by InDesign and came out with great confidence and excitement. I really appreciate that they offer an additional refresher and help. I highly recommend their training.

A fantastic InDesign course!
Super informative and easy to understand InDesign course. The teacher David's level of experience and understanding of the program was obvious in his teaching! He explained everything at a really great pace and was always positive, polite and eager to further explain if you were having trouble. Highly recommend to anyone who has never even opened the program, or those looking to fill in their self-taught gaps! Excellent InDesign Essentials Course online! The course was very practical and insightful to learn the foundation of InDesign. The trainer's explanations were very clear and easy to follow along. I was really impressed with the InDesign course and it’s all thanks to Annette. She is an excellent teacher because she is thorough and thoughtful. The course is run at a good pace and we comfortably ask questions along the way.

A good two days of training on the basic fundamentals of Photoshop by a very knowledgeable trainer. The pace of the course was just right, resources and training facility excellent.

This course was fantastic
This course was fantastic. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The free refresher course is also a great opportunity to go back and touch up on the things not immediately remembered after the first time through. Would definitely recommend to others and will be using them if I need any other training done.

The course was really easy to follow…
The course was really easy to follow and covered a lot of ground over the 2 days. While I don't see myself as a Photoshop expert just yet I do have a new skill which will help me very much over time.

The content that was delivered was excellent and gave me food-for-thought when applying it to my work life.
Perhaps a bit more information on electronic signatures vs digital signatures, etc as a lot of businesses do want to go paperless.
