I placed an order on March 14th. I had a order number and tracking number provided fairly quickly. Tracking number says lable created on April 24th! I emailed the seller and was told it take 10-14 days to ship it's now April 20th
.I had one email replied to just the initial and now they are going unanswered and with a all sales final sales policy I'm just assuming I'll never get the two bonnets I paid almost $50 for..last email I sent was returned saying it wasn't even an email anymore..

I ordered some of the bonnets on March 23 ,2026, I have tried to reach out multiple times and different ways. I asked for some answers as to why I have a order number but when I put it in to look it up , the website says it cannot find my order. I also have a trace number for USPS as of April 4th . It is the 20th and it still says that USPS still hasn't received the items. No one has reached back out. This is horrible, I was excited to order these products.

This company preaches unity and love among all races however I feel as though this is a fake message to sell her products. She WILL NOT respond to you on any platform and all emails to her go undeliverable. When I was finally able to get in contact with this company she said it takes 7-14 business days to deliver. Well it reality it took well over a month and multiple messages in order to receive it! People call her white washed but she isn't, she is using a powerful message to play on your emotions. Be careful!

The bonnet came on time. Didn't have any issues with shipping handling or that process. The bonnet is beautiful and of good quality. It won't stay on my head. As the day goes on it rides up. When I wake in the morning, it's in the bed not on my head.

I'm honestly so disappointed even a little disgusted. Their online persona is incredibly wholesome and I chose to order from them instead of another shop. BIG MISTAKE.
It's been over a month and my order still hasn't shipped. They refuse to respond to any inquiries via online chat or email. To make matters worse, they sent me a FAKE tracking number, and when I called them out on it, they completely ghosted me.
This kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable—it feels deceptive like I've just been scammed.
I’m grateful I only ordered one bonnet to try before placing a larger order. Please be cautious if you’re considering buying from them. I'm not sure they're even a real company.

I ordered two bonnets. A fall theme and a black and white strip with sunflowers. Both are beautiful! Very pleased with customer service and shipping.

Lovely bonnets, and I love that they actually stay on. Haven't found any others that do. I love everything this brand stands on. Beautiful all the way around.

They were exactly as represented on the website. The bonnets are extremely well made, wash well, and keep your hair from frizzing and tangling while sleeping. She responds to questions quickly. Ordering from CC Mink is always a good experience.

My daughter's head is extremely sensitive. So sensitive that it's difficult/painful for her to have her hair brushed out most times and she can't handle her hair up in any way shape or form 😞. We're an outdoors fam and she's young and plays HARD (ok, messy lol) and that causes her hair to sometimes take the brunt of her day 😅 causing split ends and other damage. We've tried bonnets before but they never stayed in place and if they did they hurt her head. Then we came across your bonnets. Such great quality ❤️ pain-free and stay in place wear that has been adding an extra level of protection and correction. We've been using our bonnets for about 6 months now and her hair is silky and smooth with SIGNIFICANT less damage and has been tamed to a point that brushing is now a breeze. And seriously seriously the cutest patterns ever! If you are at a spot where you are even considering a bonnet.. just do it. They really do speak for themselves!

The creator’s message of unity and inclusion for all led me to purchase 2 of her bonnets. They did take awhile to get to me- but the message she spreads, and quality of the product, were enough to get the full 5 stars!
Some people need to realize that small businesses aren’t Amazon- and they take a little longer- but it’s worth it!

Hearing "hair care not race" is so affirming and I'm telling everyone I know about her bonnets, no more of my kids waking up with matted hair 🥹
