Applied for a business savings account with them on Monday, 1 week have passed, no communication from their side.

Not sure if they need any new client at this moment.

Really top-notch customer service from Aimée, Nicky, Zoe and the team round opening our fixed rate bond savings account. What a difference it makes speaking to people who are not only good at what they do, but personable and courteous too!

I’ve opened a business savings account and the application process was smooth and easy. My questions were answered promptly by email. I wish they had an app though.

I applied for a business 6-month fixed rate bond with CC Bank. The whole process has been straightforward and customer service has been professional, prompt, polite, pleasant and friendly. Both Nicky and Mitesh sorted the queries both they and I had in the application and transaction phases. Nicky was lovely and provided a quick and easy fix to a potentially stressful situation. This level of customer service is why I am really pleased with my decision to go with CC Bank.

Have just opened a new business fixed rate account with them. I found them very helpful on the telephone the couple of times I needed to call them. It was very easy to open this new account online.

The relationship between broker and lender can often be difficult despite having the same goal. C&C have a pragmatic approach to underwriting and provide smooth and efficient expirience for both broker and client.

When my savings bond approached maturity I had to give instructions as to next steps. This included changing the nominated bank account to which payments would be made. Although the interactive update form wasn't too bad, it was long winded & a bit of a faff. So I tried calling & was answered quickly, & helped by a pleasant, polite & efficient advisor. I was easily able to update a number of pieces of information. What a pleasant change. i wish more companies would grasp the value of real human interaction.

Answered the phone in person very quickly. Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many thanks to those who dealt with my application and questions about transferring funds.

Can't believe C&C are still contacting me - we have been trying to change our signatories for ages but still getting loads of e-mails. Please leave me alone now!!

I had a tremendous experience this morning with Nicky, Customer Service representative at Cambridge and Counties Bank. She was professional, attentive and efficient and obviously enjoys her work. She should be commended for her professionalism.

My experience with C&C bank over the past 2 years has been very good. The staff are extremely helpful and intelligent - especially Aimee who has aided me in a recent experience. Very secure protocols with great rates of return.

This bank is what banks should be; an easily navigated on-line offering backed up by helpful and efficient people who answer the phone quicky.

Other banks take note.

I had fabulous service today from Nicky Sonigra. I only post reviews when customer service is amazing, and today it was exactly that. When calling, Nicky recognised me as she's the one that had sent me the email that i was calling up about, and we had a lovely chat. Nicky was efficient and friendly. It genuinely felt such a personalised experience rather than the humdrum call centres we get these days.
Well done to Nicky and to the bank. You have a fab member of staff. I hope the bank passes this feedback onto her, and she gets some recognition.

I was looking for a bank that offered good interest rates and was easy to deal with for a small UK Charity. From the initial phone call (which was answered promptly by a real person!) through the application process and transferring of funds the service has been exemplary. The staff with whom I have spoken are knowledgeable, professional and always helpful. Special shout out to Zoe & Nicky.
