The cbc is disgusting and biased in its reporting. I am shocked the they sensationalize important stories and fail to report the facts for use. It is better to report facts and let us make up our own minds rather than push an agenda. And when you try to find additional information or ask for the other side of the story they shut you right down and don't respond. It's sad that we all pay for this pathetic mess of a once proud institution.

The CBC is a biased corporation that avoids many stories that would give Cdn's, a clear picture of what is happening with our Liberal govt.
Comments from readers on stories of concern, are often censored, even when following guidelines. Commenting is not even offered to readers on many stories.
At $1.6 billion in public taxpayer funding, there is far too much unnecessary reporting on issues that may only be of interest to a tiny percentage of Cdns.

CBC is not an informative news source. It’s a mouthpiece for the government, and it pours gasoline on the culture wars in the worst possible way. It’s become a divisive force in our country. CBC should become like PBS; it should be smaller and be forced to rely on public donations. Maybe then it will become a reputable news source.

The absolute worst outlet of any kind should be ashamed and should be boycotted, just watch the old CBC doc what Canadians think of Americans and it’ll show you how much the CBC hates Canada and Canadians. So much of that documentary we’re lies and the start of wokeness in universities, and many things taken way out of context. The CBC is just shameful and has been for years!!

I can't believe taxpayer's money goes to fund this crap. Fair enough if you like the Ceeb's, but then you should pay for its heavily biased news and stories. The comment section is heavily censored, and my comments are constantly deactivated for different opinions. I used to enjoy the cbc and have been a listener for over 30 years. Sad to say that they should be DEFUNDED!

CBC has the worst content, it doesn't service Canadians. I don't know who it services. The elderly have anxiety and they listen, because that is legacy media, but the content isn't exactly for the elderly either. Lame pop songs, poorly-made and overly political rap, and virtue signaling for... budget? Who writes the damn budget anyways? I know Tom Power probably even still face-palms at the daily briefing 90 percent of the time. I keep wanting to hear some cool rock and roll, some dope local metal, or something that more regular people can get on board with at least. It's so weird, I don't know ANYONE who likes the so called Canadian Content they promote. Or the bizarre values/views. My Indian-Canadian, Chinese-Canadian, Israeli-Canadian, Iranian-Canadian, Japanese-Canadian, Scotch/Irish-Canadian and Creole-Canadian friends all think CBC is fake crap.

You can't trust CBC News you send them a news tip and they'll say it's not part of their mandate it's because they're not a real site as why they say that to you CBC News is a fake website and that's why they will say that nonsense to you what you sent them is not mandate.

What went wrong is, I placed an order on the 27 of February. The same day they put my order hold to verify I was the one purchasing not an identify thief. Okay no problem. I send a picture of my ID as requested, twice because they claimed something was wrong with the first picture, and tht was the last thing I heard frm these imbeciles. They haven't said or sent a word to me. Something is very suspicious about this behavior. Why haven't I been given the courtesy of knowing where my money is at and tht I haven't been robbed by some scammers. I've sent 5 emails no response. So, I don't think this is the company to go with because they refuse to do honest business so deal with these weasels at your own risk. They are a disgrace to the American people and the second amendment. It's funny how everything was going good until they asked for the Pic of my ID and found out I was black. Yes an investigation is being started because eim not the only one tht has this type of complaint with this lowlifes

Trusted news and thought-provoking. I've been a CBC and Radio-Canada radio listener and TV watcher for 47 years. The present reviews accusing it of all sorts of poor journalism clearly don't understand that journalism involves research, evidence and impartiality. Nor have the other reviewers likely listened to its content or noticed just how vast its offerings are in terms of region, class, or education. The CBC is something for all tastes and it is truly something that needs protecting.
