Exceptional taste and amazing value!
I have been using Caviar Classic since they started in 2015. The quality is exceptional, and the value for money unbelievable! The Beluga Hybrid and Foie Gras is utterly delicious, and I order every year for a Christmas morning treat for my kids and the wider family. I can't recommend them highly enough, enjoy! We understand your journey with us on this occasion has fallen below our usual service levels and we would like to offer our sincerest apologies. Black Friday weekend was incredibly busy for us and we've done our best to prepare and make sure things run smoothly. Unfortunately a shipment of caviar was late meaning a few customer orders were delayed over the past week.
Regarding the overcharge, this was fixed and the difference refunded shortly after your order was placed. Your delivery of caviar is due to leave us today and we will be in touch later on to confirm timings (A gift will be included as a gesture of good will).
