Absolutely disgusting behaviour by this company... I purchased a £1700 display fridge for our small business, it came and have many parts smashed/ chipped/ dented and missing
We contacted the company regarding this and have spent over a week being fobbed of with different things in the end I have had to contact the manufacturer's regarding the problems.... which a week on have still NOT been rectified
We are now waiting for the fridge to be collected and a full refund....
They will certainly NOT be getting any more of my money

We apologise again for the inconvience caused by the damaged delivery. Unfortunately during this COVID period, manufacturers and distributors are working with reduced manpower which resulted in the process of the unit being collected and checked back into stock much longer than anticipated.
You were refunded in full and hope that you were able to purchase a suitable alternative purchase.

ordered a mincer, waited and waited with no contact from the company, when I got a hold of them they made out they emailed to say that it wasn't in stock and would be an extra 20pound if I still wonted it even though it still showed in stock on there website. very disappointing as we ordered with them because of there so called fast delivery. cancelled order and awaiting a refund, don't waist your time!!!!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they do not care about your service or helping you. I'm trying to return an item that is not correct and they want me to pay a restocking fee of 35% which is not stated any where on their website. I can't even find their terms and conditions on the website. Absolutely shocked and will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

This is such a pathetic company no respect for customer I bought a rice cooker that works so bad burns rice from the bottom and they go waste contacted them so many times. They did not do anything I feel I have wasted my £200. Such a bad experience no one should ever buy anything from them useless people and bad quality product.

H***mali couldn't care less. Nothing is there fault.
I was left for 3 weeks after paying for equipment and they did nothing to get my kit to me. Even when I insisted on speaking to a manger i was told "no-one is available" how convenient. I asked about the Director John Rollands and he was too scared to call me back. Pathetic. The worst supplier I have ever dealt with in over 15 years, by a long way.

Left my extraction un-cleaned as the…
Left my extraction un-cleaned as the engineer stated didn't have the correct chemicals. Stated would be back the following Monday Failed to turn up... after I had cleared the kitchen again... no notification. I think the job was a little too time consuming and he didn't fancy it!!
Failed to get back to us after a mass email marketing campaign, I then had to chase them but again no response then eventually stated they couldn't do it.

Worst company I have seen in trade. Contacted them in October 2018 after 4 visits they managed to complete our extract clean end of January 2019.In the report they submitted after payments informs that they had not cleaned the fans due to design!!! Stay away

The was a problem with the delivery as the specific delivery instructions were ignored. Rather than not wanting to upset their customer, ie us, they were seemingly more focused on not upsetting their supplier/courier. Not a good ethic to have as a business.
