Worst customer service ever. I cancelled my order within the appropriate timeframe but my cancellation request remained unanswered and the order was shipped regardless. Now, Catchall is not supporting the return either and requests me to cover full cost of shipment to the US (from Germany). Cannot recommend purchasing from this store and this was certainly my last purchase as well.

This company is fantastic! The dresses are lovely. I’ve ordered two from them and the sizing didn’t work out. The company was so kind and replaced the dress for me. If you’re reading this review, please take your measurements before placing an order. Each dress is beautiful and unique and the sizes are different. I would absolutely recommend this company and their lovely dresses that are so well made.

Terrible customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times regarding a return and have been completely ignored. A store that takes your money but refuses to respond when there’s an issue is unacceptable. If you value good service and accountability, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it arrived I needed the smaller size. Catchall sent me the smaller size in recorded time with no fees or returns needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and the dress was out of this world. Thank you ☺️

I have bought 4 incredible dresses, I really like that they don't fool you, they are exactly as described, they are very careful with the shipping and they are pending that you receive the package, I recommend them 100%, they are also very kind to their customers.

Ordered a beautiful blue flower detail dress, was shipped and delivered within the time frame they advise. The dress and detail are amazing quality, however the zip kept getting stuck, so I emailed them to see if they could help and they have given me credit to purchase a new dress to save me on sending the original back as this was for an event in the next week. They were so quick to respond to my emails and couldn't have been any more helpful. Thank you.

Hi I ordered 4 dresses and only 3 arrived and I was so mad because they didn’t reply back and I thought it was a scam but I tried to contact them again and finally they did reply telling me that they didn’t have it on stock and they had me choose another dress which is now on it’s way so I am happy that They finally did what was is right and the quality is good
