casino truffa giocato diverso tempo fa ho vinto 400 dopo centinaia di euro versati ,prelievo in stand by per giorni poi annullato senza motivo, ho litigato di brutto con l'operatore telefonico che mi ha anche minaciato ,attenzione non giocare qui perderai tutto senza possibilita' di prelevare.

Absolute scam artists. My experience is the same as all the other reviews so I don't need to go into detail. I was over the moon with my win and because I bet 16 euros on one spin of the roulette wheel which breached the 30% rule they have now took all my winnings due to irregular play. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

So I was given a £10 non deposit bonus, I turned over the whole requirements and had a balance of £1,800.
I went to withdraw this, after sending my identification and statements they then come back and said I was only entitled to 10% of the winnings! And to even withdraw that, I had to match that which would be winnings of £180, I was asked to match that amount with a deposit of £180!!!!

I quickly closed this site off and will never go back to it. What a huge SCAM to make you deposit.

**BE WARNED** I won €155K and they refused to pay despite being a loyal customer since 2019. They have an entrapment rule that you cannot bet more 30% of your initial balance or they will seize your money. I won €52K from a €500 deposit and then was told I can only withdraw a maximum €5K per month so I just played and got the balance to €155K. Then they confiscated the lot. I think rule is predatory and should be illegal. How many other victims have fallen foul of this rule that no one reads or knows about??

It looks like quite a generous casino when you first join. They're the very opposite.
Terms and conditions are predatory and downright ridiculous. The game providers are terrible. It's stuck in the early 2010s.

They gave me a 'free' 10 euros which I somehow managed to complete wagering for. They turned my 100 euros winnings into 50 euros because I hadn't deposited in the last 45 days. They then asked me to deposit 50 euros to match their 100 euro minimum withdrawal. What's the sense in this? Phishing. If you have ever deposited here cancel your card.

Previous experiences of their sites, when I have managed to get a withdrawal, took weeks and weeks and the most documents I have ever provided. Like somebody else said, they could probably clone me.

I will never see those winnings, unfortunately this lot and their copy sites will continue to stay open. They aren't even licensed to operate in the UK so good luck solving any disputes with them. Don't put yourself in a position to because you will just lose your money.

Please be aware of this company. They offer bonuses all of the time without making you aware of their rules (in fact the T&C page doesn’t even work). So I have lost hundred and thousands with them and won £100 one time and attempted to withdraw, this was met with a denial and a closure of my account instantly. DO NOT USE

Stumbled into this casino a few days ago, so far it is not a bad online casino. I had some wins, I will see how it goes on cashout.

Basically Rob your money, won €1000 and decided to withdraw. After messing about with documents and phone calls got it sorted.. so I thought. Few days later I was told I broke betting rules which I didn't know about. Apparently I bet over 30% my deposit on one slot, which as I said they do not tell you when you deposit they just take the money. So they now have took the winning and deposit. Also deleted all the transactions on my account so I cannot go back and see if I did. Scammers beware

I'm not sure why this site gets such a bad reputation. Twice I have successfully withdrawn. Yes, you need to play by their rules which you should read, but they have been nothing but fab to me. Ginaooo

0 stars.. actually had a win after quite a few deposits when it came to trying to withdraw it was a complete mess around. I was sending them documents backwards and forwards which everytime wasn't enough for them. They are just a fingerprint away from being able to clone me. Stay clear of this site!

This company have no interest in keeping hold of customers as they know they can’t, but continue to entice unexpected customers with offers of huge bonuses on games it’s almost impossible to win from. Please don’t fall for these offers. Further their site and servers often experience error messages and technical difficulties which makes me question the Legitimacy and security of it all.
