RUBBISH! Went to cardiff gate with our car only to be told that there is some sort of issue with the engine while the car is running perfectly fine. Then offered silly price. Wasted our time.

Dealt with Chris at Cardiff branch who gave me a reasonable but slightly under value expected for my vehicle. Nevertheless, Pleasant to deal with and smooth sale overall.

I didn’t actually end up selling my car but still had a good experience with these guys trying too. They phoned and asked a few questions about my car and explained that I’d get a lower sum than originally offered, so I could make an informed decision before even leaving my house. I thought this was great service as some companies wouldn’t warn you and would pressure you into turning up and taking a substantially lower offer. They even advised me on steps on how to sell my car to get the sort of money I was looking for. Thanks Chris!

I wrote a review below explaining I never ever made it to have a meeting with anyone as I was phoned prior to coming saying they do not purchase diesel cars over 120k - despite giving me a quote and following this up with numerous texts.

I’m now not only baffled and amused but even more disgusted as “George” has replied to my earlier review saying they couldn’t purchase the car (that they’ve never seen btw) as it has outstanding HPI and a mileage discrepancy!!!!! Seems they have just made up stuff now!!… I’ve owned the car for 10 years…. Finance was paid off 5 years ago and no one has ever contacted me about a mileage discrepancy! I’m unsure why a company would lie on a review when they never met me nor saw my car due to wasting my time in the first place giving me quotes, chasing me up then when I finally made an appointment tell me they don’t buy cars with my age and mileages!?

Steven was very professional and friendly and explained the whole process throughout. Quick and efficient with a fair price offered. I would recommend.

Don’t bother wasting your time.
Went to the Newport branch waited over half hour before someone even knew I was waiting.
Went out to the car opened the bonnet told me the car had a major oil leak.
Said there was evidence of it even though it was repaired at the last MOT.
The appointment then came to an end within less than 30 seconds.
Couldn’t be bothered attitude total waste of mine and there time.
