Quotes are much higher than what is offered...
Was quoted over £7k online which was the highest offer by far. So arranged to take the car there and after a quick check, they lowered the quote to £5k. Was obviously expecting it to be lowered but not by that much. The customer service itself was not too bad and was no pressure to sell etc but also no competitive offers....if you say you have been offered higher elsewhere, they just advise you to sell with them instead. In the end, I went with Motormoolah and sold it for £6100 so alot higher than this company's offer. I read some reviews and people tend to be saying the same thing about being quoted much more on the website and then having it drastically reduced for minor things. So be careful if your travelling far as to not waste time etc.

Update your website!!
Provided an offer on the website. Got there and offered £1300 under the offer on the website. I expect it to be reduced but by that much??? I suggest you update your website and ask more questions before providing an unachievable figure and wasting peoples time.. I have taken 2 hours off work and £30 in fuel to get to you today and I am VERY angry!!!
