Yeah, they are an absolute scam. I ordered a dress from them and:
1. They did not ship it. I had to contact them twice over a month later to find out what was going on.
2. The dress I eventually got was a poor imitation of what was advertised. The quality was piss poor, the material was cheap, and the fit was terrible.
3. When I expressed my discontent, they said I could keep the dress and order another at a discounted rate. No thank you. I’m not going to give you more money only to receive more of your crappy products.
So no, don’t buy from them. It is an absolute scam.

Casa Laro/Caay Shop is a total SCAM. Company is in China. DO NOT buy from them. Items were not as pictured, material was cheap, a different color and way too big. Be prepared for excessive back and forth. Instead of making the return process easy, they offered 30% off more of their cheap merchandise. Then they offered a 30% refund and I keep the merchandise. When I said no, they offered 40% refund with the alternative to send it back to their warehouse in CHINA - at my own expense. I've been seeing a lot of these scams on Pinterest and some on Etsy, too, so beware. AI generated photos that completely misrepresent their products and once you buy them, you're stuck. I will always research any unknown company before buying going forward. Update: I've been emailing them for two weeks now, and they just keep sending AI generated responses apologizing for the frustration and doing NOTHING. They won't even give a return slip or address to ship back to CHINA.

I did two different orders with a total of 3 different outfits. None of the 3 were correct. Looked somewhat similar, but not what I wanted or ordered. I am frustrated with the emailing and giving me solutions (that involve me purchasing more items from them at a discount). I simply want my money back in exchange for me returning items that were wrong.

Got the item after a month of waiting. Quality and fabric doesn't look cheap at all.

my order arrived a month late which got me a little scared but when my order came, the dress fits perfect to me. I hope my next order will come early

The dress I got was initially small and a little tight. I contacted support and they help me get the right size. The correct fit arrived just in time for my sister's wedding

Products never came and when I emailed costumer service, email does not exit.

They did not mail my order for two months. I asked for a refund and they said it was shipped but gave me info on an order that was not mine. I repeatedly asked for a refund. And the AI responses didn't apply. Then they mailed it that day. Shady business. Do not trust.

A month in and not received order! Wish I had read these reviews first

Wrong size, rather than send a new size they wanted you to purchase the same thing again with 30% off. Now Im chasing my money back and no response. Plus, it looks like it's in HongKong and not the US

Buyer beware…I purchased a dress from them for a wedding and it looked nothing like the advertised photo. I have photos and they acknowledged it but would not refund my money as they state on their site. Do not buy from this company

IT's been a month and still haven't gotten my order. They are not responding to the last 5 emails.

I ordered a blouse. I spent $60 on it. Something completely different arrived a month later and zero correspondence from customer service.

No stars not even One…the dress I received was nothing like advertised not the design, the color or quality. It’s all AI generated. It took 2 weeks and then no response when I asked for a refund . They are just taking peoples money.

I ordered a few dresses from this company, and unfortunately they did not fit or look like they did in the photos online. The quality and sizing were not as expected.

Their website states that returns are allowed, but what they don’t make clear upfront is that you are required to mail the items back to China at your own expense. That makes returning the items extremely inconvenient and costly.

One of the dresses also arrived without a tag, yet their policy requires all tags to be attached for returns. That puts customers in a difficult position when the item didn’t arrive properly tagged in the first place.

Customer service initially offered me a 15% refund to keep the items instead of mailing them back, but then later contradicted that and stated I still had to return them. The inconsistent communication made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, the return process is not customer-friendly, and the policies are not clearly or fairly handled. I would not order from this company again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a complete scam. They refuse to allow returns and instead try to squeeze more money out of you by charging a “small fee” to send another size, while telling you to keep the item that doesn’t fit. This is a shady tactic designed to trap customers into spending more money. This is deceptive, unethical, and absolutely not how a legitimate business operates.

They are fraudulent and deliberately misleading.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

I purchased two pairs of “Milan leather heels” and am sorely disappointed. They are a terrible fit, not true to size at all. Plus the quality is terrible and they are not leather as advertised. They don’t look at all like the photos. They were sent in a bag, not a box, so they are also warped. In addition the shipping took a long time.

I truly regret ordering these from Casa LARO. They refuse to return/refund even though it says clearly on your website items are returnable within 30 days! They are offering to exchange for a different size for a “small 30% fee”. Well that’s not really a small fee is it?

Ordered a couple of weeks ago still haven’t gotten a tracking number

Received my supposedly leather jacket today January 18. I will not recommend as it is false advertising leather jacket is fake garbage will never purchase from this company ever again.garbage garbage garbage.
