Friendly, efficient service. Matthew was really helpful, highly recommend Tapi carpets. The fitters came and did a terrific job. They worked really hard and were polite and courteous. We are so pleased. Would definitely buy carpet from here again.

Very helpful staff
Really lovely man helped us find the carpet suitable for our stairs and an equally great guy came and measured up and advised us with the best options to go for. Looking forward to having the carpet fitted now.

We were welcomed well in the store by Jessica, and did not feel under any pressure to place an order. When our carpets were delivered, we were impressed by the very experienced fitter Jamie and his assistant Marshall. An excellent job.

We walked into the shop and were greeted almost immediately. We knew which product we wanted to order as we'd viewed it online. The ordering process was simple. We collected our carpet 4 days later- they even helped to load it into our van.
