Carnoisseur Omdömen

Very prompt delivery and goods exactly as described.

Bought this to carry in a Ev. I would probably get my insurance breakdown service to fit it, the basic jacking point is close to the battery. Nevertheless, a reasonably priced item solving the problem of a sidewall puncture

EXCELLENT SAL;ES AND DELIVERY

Delivered quickly and was exactly as described. Why can't all on-line purchasing experiences be this good?

Excellent product (bumper protector), perfect fit for Skoda Kodiaq and good value. Easy to fit and looks fantastic on the car. True measure of the firm is the excellent customer service in replacing the item damaged by the courier. Quick, efficient and always aiming to seek a good result. Thank you and would absolutely use again and recommend.

Looks great havent got round to trying it yet. Everything's there you might need in an emergency.. Courier managed to deliver it in two deliveries

The package was left propped u against the front door so I couldn’t open not open the door. The person delivering never knocked the door when I was waiting for them to deliver the package. The other thing they were ment to be collecting a package to go back which is still here . I cannot be in tomorrow for that to be picked up because I am sorting out my mother’s funeral in the next few days . I feel really let down by and disappointed by the delivery people.

Easy to order and top quality equipment. Only negative, not Road Hero problem is the space where a spacesaver wheel used to go is no longer accessible on my Honda Civic Sport

Able to talk on the sales team, and get good, clear answers to questions.

I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit due to the fact my car only had the tyre sealant and pump, which in my opinion has limitations that could leave you stuck at the side of road. The Road Hero kit has all you need to get you back on your way in the event of a puncture and looks good quality.
The price was good and delivery was quick.

Easy to order on line or to speak to person via phone, quality products and quick delivery.

The deal was great and items dispatched very quickly. This is my second purchase from carnoisseur (fire extinguishers and spare tyre for my Nissan) and I have recommended them to colleagues at work.

Excellent purchase at a great price and super fast delivery.

It was perfect except that the delivery was in two parts on different days without any notification. Having received the tools and accessories on one day I called the company to request the actual tyre and wheel only to be told that split deliveries were quite normal. WHY DON’T YOU SAY SO UP FRONT?

Great customer service and prompt delivery.

As the wheel would not fit into my boot well, I asked to return it and they have been very accommodating

I was given good advice promptly about what I needed for my car. It was all delivered promptly in excellent conditon. The spare wheel kit contained everything you could possibly need.

Wheel fit perfectly, to my SsangYong Korando E-Motion. Jack and remainder of tools good quality. I have fitted the wheel to make double sure all OK.

I ordered a replacement sports exhaust for my classic 1968 Volvo Amazon 122s. The quality of the product, fit and fitting kit were all just great. I’d recommend this product to other classic car enthusiasts.

Good fast service as I needed a space saver for my kgm Musso for a long journey.

Excellent buying experience; with pre-sale question answered very quickly. Delivered on time. All round good job!
