Carnoisseur Omdömen

Great service. Arrived earlier that expected. Well packed and some great extras. Following my email and subsequent phone call, I actually spoke with owner. He explained delivery procedure and checked my order. DPD left on my doorstep in the Saturday (ordered Thursday) thank you

Everything was easy. Fast, tracked delivery. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent kit, efficiently delivered. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

Great product at a great price especially with the free kit - excellent!

Ordered a set of Koni dampers with H&R springs (-30mm drop). Firstly, ordered I. The afternoon and they arrived the next morning. Each damper and each spring individually wrapped in bubble wrap before being boxed up.

Now this is where I made a mistake, due to the unique build I have on my car, the front dampers needed to be for a Mk4 R32/ MK1 Cupra R/ Mk1 TT due to needing the ARB mounts on the dampers, which I hadn't realised.

Having found this out when coming to have these fitted I contacted Carnoissar to discuss options. Keeping them updated with what I was looking for (with the updates information). Unfortunately there wasn't an option for me to get the front dampers/ springs that where in my price range and that matched the rears I already had.

I ensure that I took photos of the shocks I had to show the condition of them, keeping them in the loop every step of the way. I must thank Patrick for his help exploring options for me and then arranging for a return of my order. This is was able to drop off myself at the dedication Koni supplier and within 24hrs a full refund was completed.
No hesitation with ordering from them again, or recommend them.

Great experience from Carnoisseur. Called about getting a space saver wheel for my Renault and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and took my order over the phone and a couple of days later the space saver kit arrived. What more can you ask for!!!!

If you want to wait in to sign for a delivery then go ahead. A low cost item and unless I’m there to sign it’s taken away and not delivered. Could be left in a safe place and I’d be happy to sign a disclaimer. Instead I have to sit in waiting by the door. You have been warned. It’s very annoying indeed.

Ordered some new mats for 1987 Porsche Carrera, arrived in a couple of days, great delivery service, mats were not quite right, Patric is a fantastic chap to deal with, just WhatsApp him with my issue, asked me to mark where needs altering, sent them back, factory altered to my requirements and returned within days, fantastic service highly recommend

Really knowledgeable and customer focused friendly service. Patrick was excellent and ensured the deal worked for us and that delivery was prompt. Highly recommend for your Road Hero Purchase.

Sourcing the correct spare space saver was made easy and delivery on time. I would recommend the company as helpful, professional and good products.

BMW sell new cars without a spare wheel, shame on them! Carnoisseur people and in particular Patrick took care of my paranoia to remain stranded in Europe this summer and sent me the right space saver spare wheel.
Now I can breath.

Excellent chat over the phone and via email to confirm correct purchase. Purchased RH167 spare wheel for Puma ST 2025 .All fits ok onto the car . As discussed with the sales team the spare wheel will fit into the mega box if you let the air out of the tyre . Just take pump .Thanks

I ordered a hero spare wheel kit , but I mistakenly gave the wrong wheel size , Sharon Cassidy patiently helped sort the issue out, thanks
