Carnoisseur Omdömen

Great space saver! But the jack doesn't fit: awaiting a modification for this.

From placing my order, communication was very good and the delivery arrived on date promised, undamaged. Also very nice to receive a few extras other than wheel and Jack. All in all, a very good service at what I thought was a fair price. Thank you.

Efficient helpful ordering process and delivery on time of the correct article----this is my second purchase from you andwould recommend you to anyone!

good service and good to speak to a human being not
a machine. Well pleased with the wheel and prompt
replies to telephone calls. Much appreciated

It was very easy to buy and delivery was very quick. Minus one star because the delivery came in two parts, requiring me to be home two days instead of one.

Swift delivery & wheel & accessories look to be high quality. Impressed.

Excellent
Bought rear sill protector for Toyota Rav 4
Fits perfectly
Recommended company

Thanks

I had a query about the item and this was responded to very quickly.
The online ordering process was simple to use and the goods were dispatched very promptly. A key factor in buying from Carnoisseur was that they offer free delivery to Northern Ireland not just mainland U.K. This, in my experience, is very unusual.
Excellent service and good value.

Great service! The wheel is high quality. I had a hiccup with the jack, but this was sorted quickly. Thank you, guys!

Fantastic service. Good advice and rapid delivery of a spare wheel for my new car.

Good website so could find what I was looking for easily. No delivery charge( especially welcome out here in far west of scotland) Arrived well packed up.

Everything Perfect from First Phone Call to Swift Next Day Delivery. Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Helpful Staff. Product Delivered On Time as Promised. Would happily give this company 10 stars !!

Delivered on time and fitted perfectly with the use of guide tool. Advisor was knowledgeable and helpful when ordering. A great service.

detailed dimension information and explanation about hub versus wheel diameters
helpful dialogue

I ordered a Road Hero Spare Wheel Kit from Carnoisseur on Sunday evening, it arrived on Tuesday afternoon.
I test fitted the spare wheel and it fitted perfectly, the very comprehensive contents of the kit were of very good quality. I did note that Carnoisseur hadn’t included the gift of a tyre pressure gauge as advertised. I emailed Carnoisseur on Wednesday morning informing them of this, within an hour of sending the email Sharon had replied to me apologising for the missing gauge and informing me that one would be posted out. Today (Thursday) I received the gauge in the post.
Excellent service.
Thanks

Sales agent I spoke to was more than helpful in ensuring I purchased the correct spare wheel kit for my non standard vehicle. Impressed by the price and service, best of all my order was with me within 2 das.

Good product with quick delivery. Any queries answered by return

Quick service, good product recomended.

Phone actually got answered and a delightful person
( Neville I believe he said ) answered all the points I was unclear about with concise explanations - Clearly knew what he was talking about, not always the case these days....
Ordered wheel - Have, over the years, ordered a few space saver wheels and as a rule 'adequate to slightly disappointing ' would be how I describe the moment I received these various products !!
This time however pleased / chuffed would be accurate !
Best Space Saver product (A Road Hero Alloy Wheel ) and purchasing experience so far . Very well worth the slightly higher price - Many Thanks

Wide range of products, great value and fast delivery with very proactive, responsive and supportive customer service. Definitely recommend. Many thanks.
