If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
Do not buy a car from this company. I bought a car over a year ago (04/2022) and it started going wrong even before driving off the forecourt. They did however fix some issues, but then more went wrong with it within ten days. They refused to take the car back under the Short term Right to Reject and Failed to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to take them to court, which took over a year to resolve, but I won the case.
I see others are also having the same issue.
They try their hardest to make you just give up, but don't.
If your vehicle goes wrong within 30 days, you have the legal right to Reject the vehicle. They have to take it back, you do not have to allow them to inspect it either. (they have been told this in court).
You are also covered buy the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any faults appearing within the first 90 days are deemed to have been present at point of sale.
Keep all communications and take photos and videos of any faults. This helped me win my case and get a full refund plus costs.
Again, do not buy anything from this company. They have no respect for you as the consumer or proper understanding of consumer law.

If I could leave zero stars or even less I would! The most unprofessional worse company I have ever bought a car from. Currently in legal battle with them since February. They have even ignored the finance company and broker from a professional inspection of the car which confirms they sold a car that was broken before I even had purchased. ❌❌❌❌ Do not use these guys they do not care one bit about there customers or their brokers they work with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Just check all the other 1 star reviews.... multiple people in the same situation as myself.

Deceitful, fake reviews

Awful customer service. They do not Callie email you back. After sales is non existent. My car was delivery with damage and after 5 weeks and numerous emails they still haven’t arranged to it to be fixed but then again it took them ages to deliver it in the first place. Unless you want hassle do not bother with this company.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SERIOUSLY Buy a car from this company, The car was delivered in the evening in the dark, This company delivered a car that was defective the wheel at the front was loose, an independent mechanic said in his words, MY GOD IVE NEVER SEEN A CAR DELIVERED IN SUCH A DREADFUL DANGEROUS STATE OF REPAIR THE PERSON DRIVING THIS COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!!!!!! On reporting this there was no communication in simple terms they deliberately ignored me after numerous attempts they replied saying the fault was my fault I’d damaged the vehicle, in short they sell you a defective dangerous car then steal your money, my credit card company have refunded me after a long period of stress and anxiety Do Not Do Not use this company they sell defective cars then turn there back on you !!!!!!!!!!

This company is very dishonourable in that they do not return a holding deposit when requested. It now makes sense how that can keep their prices down because they make extra profit in unreturned deposits. Why was I not surprised when I was told that I world get my refundable deposit back when I paid it and when I asked for it back I was told that I could not claim it back. They are a bunch of typical lying car salesmen without any integrity whatsoever. If I do not get a positive reply from this review I will post again and again and on social media if I must and will warn unsuspecting car buyers to beware of these people. I ask them to do the honourable thing. I did make a request on their online chat to absolutely no avail as I never even got an acknowledgment. The one star I did give was for the young car salesman in the Luton branch who was very pleasant and helpful.

I urge anyone who is looking to purchase a used car to AVOID Car Firm on the A1 in Peterborough at all costs! I purchased a car on the 13th January 2023 and It was delivered with a fault which they refused to acknowledge or help with. Within 2 weeks some serious faults occurred and I had a car garage take a look at the issues (at car firms request) and was told the vehicle was not road worthy and I could have had a serious accident. Under consumer law and after taking advice from citizens advice they told me that I was within my rights to reject the car and for them to refund me.. they completely refused and constantly lied to me and my partner. I am 2 months nearly down the line and have luckily now managed to get my money back through section 75 of the credit card charge back but I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing from these clowns to walk away and go elsewhere. They also fobbed off Lloyds bank with bullsh!t excuses as to why they couldn’t speak to them. Adam Khan and the rest of the gang have been reported to trading standards who are currently investigating these scammers. All you need to do is look at their 1 star reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one.

Home delivery option was a great solution. This dealer was over 3 hrs away but they had the car in the exact spec and colour I wanted. Went through a lot of information with them over the phone and after having an online viewing I got the car delivered. So easy and straight forward

My father reserved a vehicle, they took £5,000 off him, remainder to be paid the following working day. The vehicle had no MOT so he couldn’t drive it away anyway. We have Discovered that the vehicle had previously been in an accident causing significant damage to the rear! When contacting them to cancel and ask for the money back they have said no refunds! Off to the Motor Ombudsman we go! Do not deal with this garage! Shocking place!

Bought my son his first car, (2nd car bought from this dealership) the lads were great with my son especially Adil! Great purchase, my son loves his car! 👍🏻 Would most definitely recommend.

I bought my car yesterday from the lads at car firm yesterday, this has been a dream come true! I love my Range Rover, the service the advice and the level of professionalism has been remarkable. The sales men are very knowledgeable and understood what my requirements were and assisted in helping me make the right choice. I had plenty of choice to choose from in terms stock of availability!

Bought a car and returned it within an hour, 4 wheel drive system faulty, sales manager refused a refund stating dealers have a right to repair. They don't, consumers rights act 2015 states consumers have a short term right to reject up to 30 days for a full refund. I have received full payment today through my banks chargeback scheme from 14th July when I bought the car. This company also threatened to charge me £20 per day for storage from July on a car I returned on the day of purchase. Drive past, don't stop here and if you do know your rights they will try anything to keep your money...I would give -5 star but there isn't one...

unfortunately very bad and expensive experience. Parcel shelf was missing when I bought it they said it has been sent to my address and it never arrived. 360 cameras didn't work as well and they knew it as found even receipt from previous health check.
After 20 days car just stopped on the road. Further investigation discovered dpf clogged and turbo failure .BMW has been estimated £16k repair cost
Phoned to Car firm they just take your details and never call back...Now opened investigation through finance company. Needless to say I'm not paying for that piece of s...

Avoid this company, unless you like giving money away. Reserved a car on their website and could not get anyone to phone me back to discuss buying the car from them. Left several messages, but they just can't be bothered to call back. Still not had my £100 reservation fee back, so small claims court for them. The worst service I have come across.

I had the perfect customer care service from the one their amazing salesman. Everything was quiet straight forward and super quick. I was meant to pick up my car in two days as I was desperately needing a car and it was sorted just as promised. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

Dreadful just dreadful do not buy from these people. Bought a car from them a year ago noticed rear number plates didnt work after a few weeks so contacted them to be told that 'bulbs can go anytime' pointed out I had changed them and they still didnt work. Gave up in the end trying to get it sorted. Just been in for MOT which it failed on the rear plate lights not working and was told the wiring loom needs replacing - £2800.00!!! Clearly was the case when I bought the car so how did they manage to get it through the MOT. Rear suspension badly corroded as well another fail which I was told could not have happened in the course of a year. Have to scrap the car now as not economically viable to repair. What a joke do NOT buy from these crooks.

Car arrived with no car jack.
car arrived with a nail in the tyre.
Anti locking wheel nut was damaged 2 of the anti locking nuts had been snapped off had to get them welded off.
while driving the car noticed it was holding back performed a diagnostic test had a broken EGR valve.
After several e mails managed to get them to pay for the replacement valve.
Now discovered the clutch has gone car has cost me over £1500 in 2 weeks!!
Do not buy a car from this dealership there customer service is a joke!!
would not reccomend to anyone!!
