Care fertility tunbridge wells - I had my egg collection yesterday. I just wanted to leave a message to say what lovely people were with me in my journey today. The group of women that looked after me were so lovely and kind. I was so nervous for sedation and the collection itself and everyone was so supportive. I wanted to mention Alice in particular - she held my hand through the whole collection and was such a support, she really did go above and beyond. She won’t realise how much having her by my side today and holding my hand meant. Brilliant team of women.

I had a really good experience for my embryo transfer it was amazing and all the nursing and embryology team were incredible. Everyone was nice and supportive put me at ease and helped me through the procedure. I’d like to thank Hannah embryologist who was kind and explained everything so well. Rachel nurse who managed to do the embryo transfer super quick right away and put me at ease, nurse Mel who kept me calm and updated throughout the procedure and nurse Bridget who also supported. From start to finish our experience was exemplary. Very well organised, efficient, professional service. The nursing staff were lovely, kind and attentive, particularly Charlotte, Lottie & Ruth. I can not thank Care Birmingham enough for all you have done. It has taken me a while to write this and to find the words to express how extremely grateful I am that my journey has been completed at Care and I now have my beautiful baby Daughter! Bev my nurse was an angel and made everything so much easier for me. she was so supportive and always available on the phone when I needed some reassurance. Forever grateful
We’re so grateful to Care for everything they’ve done for us. Thanks to their support, our IVF treatment was successful and we welcomed our beautiful baby boy in December, a blessing we’ll cherish forever.
We were under the care of Dr Krishna Vatturi, who was truly exceptional. She was empathetic, patient, and always took the time to answer every question we had. The nurses were just as wonderful. We found them to be kind, attentive, and clearly proud of the work they do.
Care has given us the greatest gift we could ever hope for, and we’ll never forget that. We recently had the chance to visit and see the team again, which was such a lovely experience.

CARE that meant everything to us
From the very beginning of our journey, every single member of the team has played a special role in making us feel supported and cared for. At every appointment, even when we arrived with an overflow of questions, we were always met with smiles, patience, and genuine kindness.
