Care fertility Tamworth
Care fertility Tamworth. From day on me we felt welcomed into the clinic. We had every step of the way and every option explained to us in a thorough and straight forward way. They supported us and updated us at each stage. Every staff member we met made us feel important. We started the process at the end of 2024 and thanks to the thorough individualised care received we welcomed a baby girl in 2025. We truly feel we could not have had such a successful journey had we gone anywhere else. Particularly given it is a small clinic we felt important and valued and we could not recommend it enough. I truly wish everyone receives the care support we did through them.

Care fertility Bath. Have been absolouty amazing. I havd donated my eggs multiple time and would.not of trusted anyone else. They are all so amazing. Wonderful people work here
I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to the incredible team of nurses, healthcare assistants and to our consultant and embryologist who all looked after me and my partner during our egg collection day at Care Fertility London. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness, care, and genuine warmth. Every single member of staff we came across made us feel like more than just patients, we were treated like friends and family, and at the same time they were professional and confident in their jobs.
They were so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable, calm, and feeling okay, both physically and emotionally. What really stood out was how personable and down-to-earth they were. They took the time to chat with us, make us laugh, and ease any nerves we had with their friendly and reassuring presence.
Their compassion, professionalism, and ability to create such a supportive environment made a big difference in my experience. I’m truly grateful for the care I received – it meant more than I can put into words.

Great in clinic. Not lots of remote support
No support for how to administer medications. Just watch a video. Have a question? Read a leaflet. Felt very faceless and detached. When in the clinic they were amazing for the actual procedures but the remote support felt very limited

I honestly cannot thank the entire team at CARE Fertility Northampton enough. From the very first consultation to my embryo transfer, every single person I met was kind, professional, and incredibly supportive.
The nurses, doctors, and reception staff all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and fully informed at every stage. They were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling — not just physically, but emotionally too.
What stood out most was how everyone worked together seamlessly. The communication was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. On transfer day, the team made the experience feel so special — they treated it with such care and respect, and I truly felt supported in every way.

2 rounds IVF at Care Manchester
We have had 2 rounds of IVF treatment at Care Manchester. Staff at all levels are so lovely and we really felt looked after. The care recieved does feel personalised and staff are rooting for the best outcome for you. We have had timely responses on the salve app when we needed to ask anything and all aspects of our treatment were explained in good detail. Our experience could not have been better.

A truly amazing place for fertility support
A truly amazing place for fertility treatment. The staff go above and beyond and show that they truly care. The Salve communication system is brilliant, to informally message or have questions answered, making communication easily accessible. The doctors, nurses and embryologists are so knowledgeable. They're also highly personable, and are able to make you grin from ear to ear even in the most nerve-racking moments! Would highly recommend Care to anybody who is looking for fertility support.

Honestly 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. The most wonderful, amazing, welcoming, kind and caring group of individuals I’ve ever been cared for by. From the start of our treatment to us being passed over to the NHS we were made to feel at ease and fully welcomed. Every process was fully explained and the salve app was just a lifesaver for me personally. I knew I could message anytime of the day and felt reassured someone would get back to me as soon as they possibly could which they always did! The staff are just so knowledgable and compassionate and you can tell they just want the best outcome for you. We’re so grateful for our journey with them and we know if we ever need assistance we would 100% go via them again. Thank you for all you’ve done and all you continue you to do, you are all amazing!

Friendly, patient and understanding.
Every part of our experience has been great; from the knowledgable doctors to the kind and friendly receptionists. There has never been a moment we couldn’t ask a question and the staff have been so patient with us too. It has been easy to book and attend appointments, as well as find our relevant guidance for appointments through the Salve app. The staff have been very personable and with us each step of the journey.

I cannot recommend this fertility clinic highly enough. From the very beginning, the staff have been nothing but supportive, caring, and attentive.
