They ask you to leave a review on your experience of buying a car from a dealership you take your time and write a honest review just to have them not publish must be taking a back hand from shite JUCTION 17 both companies not fit for purpose so people don't wast your time and effort on this review company there not interested in Honest reviews

What is THE point of this review company? You put reasonable, constructive and Honest car dealer reviews and they then vet, censor and remove them before they get published, complete waste of time! Thank god for TrustPilot where you CAN put honest reviews on! Truth Hurts!

Tried leaving a review for Roadstar Automotive also known as Roadsell and although I told the factual truth and received a phone call from them to confirm. The review was not published.
I can only assume the car dealers pay for this review company and they want to keep them happy by not putting the bad reviews on. My advice is take no notice of them and trust, trustpilot

I told the Truth and nothing but the Truth and my review on Lawson Motor Company was rejected. This despite a lengthy phone call as well!
From this review being rejected I can only assume that it contained more negative than positive.
A total waste of my time. It's a pity that I could not warn others on this site. Thank goodness we have Google Reviews!!

Hmmmm so you tell from beginning to end in detail of your experience with a garage who tried to con you but yet it’s rejected. No name calling, no names mentioned, nothing bad, just what happened, the truth & the communication between myself & the garage. What’s the point of having a review service if you can’t go into detail and warn others of what is going on. Sites like these need shutting down

Don’t believe this website. When I wanted to make a negative opinion about car dealer, his website did not let me download proof of purchase and my opinion was rejected.

Swiss Vans Leasing were listed on CarDealerReviews and they updated my profile fast and completely free of charge. The whole process was smooth, easy, and handled with zero hassle.

A special thanks to Shelly, who was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that just gets things done quickly and properly.

Brought a car from him, had a few problems via wear and tear materialise, the dealer, Emmanuelle, took the car back, got it fixed, allowed me a loan car until it was fixed, and paid half the finance money on the first month... Why would you go anywhere else.......

Totally dishonest. They looked at my car as I was doing a part exchange. I was told I needed new brake discs and new brake pads. Absolutely ridiculous! The brake shoes are 8 months old and have 80% of the pads left, the brake discs were totally fine having just passed an MOT with no mention of the discs. This made me wary and I am glad I declined and rejected the poor offer.

I recommend you thoroughly check your car if you are going to part exchange it, do not take their word.

You might want to listen to Radio 4's You and Yours 15/1/2025. This company writes elaborate reviews on behalf of customers based on a simple 'yes' response.

Customer service /after sales excellent.
Bought a transit tipper from Woodland van sales in Kirkcaldy .Drove it home with no problems.After a few days the DPF was playing up.
Contacted the guys at Woodland and explained the problem.
Within days they had me booked into a garage.Who have since sorted the problem.
Picked the truck up today.
Drives like a dream.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone .

Laura tried using term's and condition's to stop me reviewing honestly, although I could prove everything I said

Beware if you leave a legit bad review for one of there paying dealers.
Firstly they ask for proof of purchase or conversation I DID and confirmed my email then they asked if they could mediate obvioussly the garage that ripped us off did not want to do this so they then stopped all correspondence and did not post my review.
You may ask yourself why this is because the dealer pays.
Total scam site from people not interested in the truth only servicing there paying dealers to sell more packages.

Scam site. Using genuine car dealer sites without their prior consent to gather unverified reviews. They try to up sell customers in to warranty products. They say they are a partner with Autotrader who in fact have never heard of them. If you want genuine car buying reviews the only site which are genuine and vetted are Autotrader the majority of the rest are fake including Google.

DO NOT USE DUNHAM HILL CAR SALES IN HELSBY EVER, LIARS, SELL BAD CARS WITH DODGY MOT, NOT SERVICED, ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL TOOK JUST OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET MONEY BACK, LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE, BE BACK AT THE END OF THE WEEK THERE WAS THAT MANY FAULTS, POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED

CAR DEALER REVIEWS IS A SCAM, anybody can leave a bad review for free on this site without verifications, if the car dealer does not pay a subscription monthly fee, if the car dealer does pay a subscription fee they dont publish that dealers bad reviews so it appears or can have it removed which non subscribers can not, This site is no different to buying fake reviews really, based on if the dealer subscribes to the £79 + vat each month or not, REVIEWS SHOULD BE HONEST AND HELPFUL REGARDLESS OF SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES, I have contacted TRADING STANDARDS who have been informed of CarDealerReviews, along with the Advertising Agency, it is also subject to the Consumer Rights ACT 2015, for knowingly publishing Biased or Mis-leading Advertising for profit or reward.

Terrible experience with this company buyer beware ,
Absolutely shocking company to buy a car off ,I am really disappointed I had to give them 1 star ,
Don’t be fooled by their fancy web site saying 93 so called checks on the vehicle prior to delivery, the vehicle we purchased arrived in appalling state with the engine making knocking noises /faulty rear lights/air conditioning not working ,and no battery securing clamp, two garages including a main dealer could not believe a vehicle had be sold in that state ,they had the car back carried out some so called repairs and it was returned to us with the same problems ,their manager is extremely rude has no customer service skills and basically accused me of lying ,
I have sent them two letters (record delivery) and have had no reply what so ever ,
I’m am currently in the process of taking them to court ,
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ,

After a very bad experience with a unethical dealer I tried to report them, but this site wouldn't publish my review, during this time I tracked their review webpage and saw a embarrassingly large amount of clearly fake reviews being posted. This review site is as much of a con as the dealer I went to.
