I ordered three 28x40 canvas prints with frames (Kaws, Grumpy Kaws, and Rain - Banksy), the color was not vibrant as advertised and the quality was extremely cheap. Although the site notes 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and for any reason if you are unsatisfied contact the team for support, you will receive an email stating all sales are final and to have a good rest of the year and a better 2025 (yes, that was the actual response). No options were provided to help resolve my issue of receiving unsatisfactory products. As others have stated go with anyone else even Amazon for better quality, customer support, and a true money back guarantee. This was false advertisement with no intentions on providing best in class customer service that they state on their site. Run do not walk away from this terrible product and customer service. It is very hard for me to believe the high ratings that have been received are all from actual customers.

The below response is a lie. My complaint was not regarding the type of border nor did they provide a return address. To be clear, my complaint is regarding the poor quality, false advertisement (of the actual print quality and the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee), and now poor customer service. There has been zero movement on assisting with a refund, but instead I received an email stating they will no longer communicate with me if I don’t remove my post. Again RUN do not spend your money with this company.

Poor quality print, chincy "DIY" frame... Garbage products!!! Amazon's prints are more vibrant and easier to buy/return with... DO NOT BUY from Canvas Castle!!!

Love the Banksy art! My only issue is that they don't have the frames to mount the canvas on the largest pieces as part of the packages. They will provide them separately, it's just that the cost is then much higher.

I wasn't expecting the quality that came with the print. I ordered it on a whim but I really like it. It's encouraging to get something ordered online to be more than expected , doesn't happen most of the time. Thank you.

The website was very easy to navigate and the shipping was very effecient. My only issue is thst while I knew my piece wouldn’t be framed, I didn’t realize it would not be stretched at all.

What made my experience with canvas Castle great was three things. Number one when I'm purchasing artwork I always consider the statement that is going to make. Whether it be fun and whimsical or an intentional Conversation Piece. The second thing I consider is the placement and how it's going to influence my environment. The right artwork can brighten a room or soothe the mind. The Third thing I consider is uniqueness. If its something I've never seen elsewhere, and it makes me pause and stare at it and study it. Is it intriguing to my soul. Canvas Castle hits a home run with it's collection of canvases and art work.
