We regret to learn that your Maytag dryer arrived damaged.
Please note that we receive appliances sealed in their original packaging from the manufacturer.
As such, we have no way to know if an appliance is damaged.
As per our records we can see that the issue is being taken care of by our Aftersales team.

After we picked up our new Bosch…
After we picked up our new Bosch dishwasher, we discovered that the special Power Cord was missing. We went back to your store to discuss with our salesman, Mike Wu, who was totally disinterested in helping us. We believe that he knew about the missing cord. As a result, we will have to wait 2 to 5 weeks before we can use our new dishwasher. We are very disappointed by this unacceptable delay.

Please note that we receive the appliances as is from the manufacturer and are delivered to customers.
As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance arrived damaged or is missing a part.
As per our records, I can see that you were assisted by our Aftersales department and that the Power Cord has been ordered for you.
Once received, please inspect the part within 48 hours of receiving it. Please notify us if you encounter any problems.

A nightmare to deal with when things are not right
I Purchased an upright washer and dryer and was told my existing pedestals would fit as they were the same make. The installers came and refused to put the washer and dryer on the old pedestals citing a liability risk. I bought grey rather than the cheaper white for this reason. Then was told , by installers they could not install due to high shelf which was there when the older uprights were purchased. It has been a nightmare trying to return the items and even to get anyone to communicate with me. Note. They say they have no managers to speak with so that leaves the consumer at a loss for trying to get some kind of restitution. Nightmare and will never deal with them again. I should have listened when I read the poor ratings but thought I would give them an honest try.
Just to update. They refused to take the machines back so bought pedestals at a reputable appliance store and they delivered them for FREE when they heard my story. Not only that, they took away the old machines for me at no cost. I found my own installer who installed on the pedestals and had zero problems installing in laundry room contrary to what CAS installers had said. I had to buy a steam kit as there was not one included with my purchase which I was told I would have. When trying to get reimbursed for steam kit and installation, I was given 90 dollars for installation which is far below the market price and j what it cost me. They refused to reimburse for the steam kit, saying it was not in the bill. The salesperson had spoken to me at time of purchase and whether was on the bill or not, i was assured it would be provided and cost was lumped in somewhere else. Again, I keep getting the same answered from their Customer Care person who must have a script in front of them as it is the same over and over again. CAS uses a third party Customer Care Team and installers so I guess they don’t really care if CAS loses business. Check the BBB and you will see they do not fare well and I will be adding to that. Very unhappy customer here.

Moreover, we can see that the delivery team was not able to install the appliances due to the limited space available.
Please understand that it is our delivery team's responsibility to ensure that your appliances are delivered and installed, without causing any damage to your appliances or your home.
Our after sales team has offered a refund for the installation charges.

Absolutely Excellent Experience …
The salesman Alizera was absolutely excellent from the minute we walked in. We had just started shopping for a dishwasher and popped in basically for information. Alizera was extremely knowledgeable, narrowed down our selection based on what we told him was important. He was very honest and told us immediately that we would not be candidates for one of the warranties due to our rural location. He also confirmed early on that we were comfortable with the price range he had selected. Because of all of this,we made our purchase on the spot. The dishwasher arrived earlier than anticipated. Had Alizera not been so outstanding we would have gathered our intended information and carried on.
