Provided all the information we need and ran the washer on a quick cycle to ensure it worked and leveled the machine when he noticed it rocked a bit when it was moving.

Fast delivery with good pricing and service
Knowledgeable and helpful staff, with local inventory that translated into fast delivery. This timely service becomes particularly important when an appliance fails. Pricing was better than big box stores, even before CAS applied free delivery and removal of old appliances. The big box stores were also subject to either prolonged delivery times or the challenges / complication of self-pick-up

After shopping online, researching [Consumer Reports], physically shopping with their main competitor in Richmond, we decided to travel all the way to your location on Main st. in Vancouver. Best decision we've made in a while! We knew the model we wanted, and got it for a little less than we anticipated. We met Nader Haghdan, and he could not have been nicer or more helpful in our selection, with no pressure whatsoever, I might add!
The delivery was on time, and that also went very smoothly. It was an over all pleasant experience! $ well spent!

Bad customer service, frustrating experience
Really disappointed in the customer service with CAS. Paid $2K for a new dishwasher + installation. Unit arrived dented and the install guy said it was bad enough to eventually damage the seals. Their return process is "fill out the form and we'll get back to you in 2-3 business days", no timeline from there. The sales guy could not have cared less. "It happens all the time, you're not special". He did mention that they had only one left in the warehouse, but wouldn't put a hold on it despite knowing mine is coming back. Cool. Buy elsewhere.

Good service. The only drawback was that I got a fridge without seeing the actual item and then found out later that the shelves were less than my old one which caused a storage crisis for me.
