My dryer became unusable in an afternoon. Knew exactly where to go for the new one.
Same time next day I was back to using a new better dryer. Delivery was on time .In with the new & out with the old .
Suggestion to anyone needing an appliances. Go to C.A.S first.

It was a terrible expérience
It was a terrible and expansive experience and NOBODY at Canadian Appliance Sourse did anytjing to help to make it better. We use to buy all the appliances for our construction needs and the service was not good but acceptable. When We purchase a dishwasher as private buyer, they made a big mistake and totally ignored us when we try to correct it.
We will NEVER buy anything from CAS again and we will make sure all the developers we know how we were treated .Absolutley no custumer service and not even good procès. The good side of this bad experience is that we found a other supplier with remarcable service and not is able better prices

Disrespectful and poor customer experience
When the sales person was working on the computer for our order they sat and talked with another employee in another language the entire time. It's rude to do that and made us feel like they were talking about us or taking advantage. We won't be back.

You should never order online and deal with sales agent that are not knowledgeable
I ordered a Bosch 300 series washing machine thru the online agent, he was not knowledgeable with product and was unreachable when problem occurred during the delivery. He never told me the washing machine require a 240v plug, currently my condo only has one 240v outlet for my existing dryer, that means if I used my washing machine then I cannot use my dryer, the only solution would be to threw out my existing working dryer and buy the dryer from Bosch with the adapter to enable both washer and dryer to use the same outlet. I was very disappointed, I refused to buy the dryer from Canadian appliances source, I went to Home Depot instead for the dryer. It is very very disappointed that I have to spend another $2000 unnecessary.

Research what you need ahead of time
I liked that when I called, I got through to someone right away. I was told a delivery day and I said I'd confirm with my husband. Called back in 5 minutes and that day was gone and had to wait an additional 3 days for delivery so make sure you confirm so that you don't lose it. I liked the phone call 20 min ahead of time to confirm arrival. Delivery and install of washer/dryer done really fast. When they left, I went to vacuum up debris and there was a puddle of water leaking. They came right back but weren't able to get the hose elbowed in far enough for the washer how my husband told them to do it so my husband did it when he got home from work. One of the 2 men seemed to not speak English which I would have preferred. The washer/dryer did have a fabrication/smell. Kind of like a car repair place for quite a few days. Maybe that's normal though as they are new units. Overall a good experience.

Outstanding Service - Happy to Recommend
This Samsung range is the second appliance we’ve purchased from Canadian Appliance Source. After our first experience with them, their price and service set a very high bar, so they were the first place I went when we needed a new range. I’m happy to say they met that bar again.
They beat the MAP price listed on their own website and still came in lower than any other appliance store we checked in Vancouver.
The sales rep I worked with, Brijesh, was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process painless. The delivery team was efficient and professional as well.
In short, I can’t say enough good things about Canadian Appliance Source. I’ll happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new appliance.
