Excellent service from Mohammad
I had a great experience working with Mohammad at Canadian Appliance Source. He helped us put together the full appliance package for our new home, including an LG refrigerator, gas range, washer and dryer, along with a Bosch dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, responsive and helped us get competitive pricing while making the entire process straightforward. Everything was delivered around our move-in as planned. I would definitely recommend Mohammad to anyone shopping for new appliances!

Very poor appliances only 2 of 4 Forno appliances work
I purchased :
Forno refrigerator FFRBI 1844-36BLK working so far.
Forno dishwasher FDWBI 8035-BLK has NEVER WORKED.
Forno Range FFSGS6277-36BLK oven DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
Customer service for these appliances is nonexistent, when you call the number you get an AI assistant that says a representative will call you and they never do.
If your selling appliances that are poor quality and not serviceable should the sales representative not no this ?????
The appliances did not all arrive on time and now I find out they are no good.

Wonderful experience from start to finish
We received wonderful service from the moment we walked into the store. Kenana was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She asked if we needed any help, and we explained that we were just looking around for the time being. She gave us space and didn’t hover, which we really appreciated.
Once we had a few questions, we approached her, and she was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the appliances we were considering. We originally went into the store looking for a washer and dryer, but ended up purchasing a dishwasher as well.
The entire experience was excellent—quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. The delivery experience was just as good. The two delivery drivers were polite, understanding, and extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly, and the delivery was completed without a hitch.
We were extremely happy with the service from start to finish and would definitely recommend this store and Kenana to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

Great Appliance selection and Service
I needed a new fridge and they made it very easy to pick one and get it delivered to the house. They have a lot of appliances at a variety of price points. The delivery guys took the old fridge and installed the new one quickly and professionally. It was a very positive experience.

The sales person was very helpful. The price was competitive and I got exactly what I needed in the budget I had. I did not have the same positive experience with the delivery crew. Late, abrupt and I was happy to have them out of my home. I recommend the company.....but wish they would reevaluate their delivery contractor.

Replacement Refrigerator
The refrigerator I originally wanted was out of stock, and I needed a replacement delivered the next day. Kenana recommended an excellent alternative at the same price, with the added bonus of a two-year warranty. The delivery arrived the very next day, and the delivery personnel were extremely professional and careful when removing my old appliance and bringing in the new one.
This is my second purchase from Canadian Appliance in less than a year, and I will definitely be purchasing all my appliances from them moving forward. Their prices are competitive, and the service has been excellent both times.

Brendan Donohue was great right from…
Brendan Donohue was great right from the start. He took his time with us when purchased our appliances a year ago. Very knowledge and professional. He then follow-up closer to taking procession of the appliances. He organized the delivery and walked me through how to pay on-line. Delivery date changed and he organized that. Delivery guys were good. They unpacked the appliances out on the driveway and brought them into the house and were very courteous.
