Delivery people were great
Delivery people were great. There was dent in the back corner of my freezer and the delivery people were great getting in touch with their company and helping solve the problem and getting me a discount and I kept the freezer.

Honestly I would say 3,5, our initial experience was great, our salesperson was knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we received the best service and price, we purchased an entire house of appliances including a rang11e hood and deep freeze so a sizeable purchase. Unfortunately before we took delivery he left the company. Upon confirmation of delivery the dishwasher was discontinued, they made a substitution, I also decided to change the stove I originally choose, the dishwasher was not even close to the original, that cost me an additional $250, when I changed the stove, the new salesperson, canceled my entire order, and redid it, upon doing so took away all the previous discounts on the other appliances including the cost of the warranties of 6 appliances that were increased by almost $100 each. After a very stressful negotiation with a manager they honored the original but not after we were prepared to take our deposit back and go elsewhere.1

Overall the delivery was excellent
Overall the delivery was excellent, However buying in the store is way too complicated, as your card terminals both times were not friendly to my debit and credit cards which work well elsewhere. I had to try a low amount on each of my credit and debit cards, plus a large amount of cash on the spot representing ~50% of the purchase. I don't normally carry so much cash, ... this happened the previous purchase as well ... I always pay off my cards immediately same day, so your terminals are super quick to refuse amounts above ~ 300$ which seems weird for an appliance store. When I was at my dental surgeon I could pay up to $990. with no problem.

We walked into CAS to look at a washing machine. I had already decided which brand I wanted. While we were in the store, Happy came over to talk to is. After a brief discussion about why I wanted brand “A”, he explained how much the technology has changed amongst a few brands.
We had a great conversation and I ended up with a completely different brand.
Service was great. Delivery was great.
Highly recommend CAS and make sure you see Happy! He was very helpful.
