we bought an oven 6 weeks ago, and the delivery keep being pushed in time,( 5th times now) still never recieved our stove... the customer center just apologies with wanting to help more.....

I went to the nearby store and…
I went to the nearby store and purchased a dishwasher. I paid the deposit 45% and was supposed to pick up my self. After some days I was noticed that the product was not available anymore ( it was showing on stock on my visit). I went back to the store and was proposed another model. It was told that this model was newer and with more options. I checked myself at home and the proposed model was an old model with less options. I canceled the order.
After I contacted the customer service and again was told that the dishwasher I wanted was available in Laval (near higw 13). I went same day there and I learned that that store do not exist anymore. A total disaster...

Michael Armanious was great!
The buying experience with Michael Armanious was exceptional.He was honest, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy and gave us space and time to decide. We had also dealt with Nicola Buttino on our first visit but we were crunched for time on our second visist and could not be there for the same time that matched Mr Buttino's hours. The delivery was very quick and effcient as well. The only issue was that the team left the delivery box , and all the many pieces inside, on the sidewalk near the house but never said a a thing.
