Got a good price for my washing machine and the delivery guys were efficient and friendly. Don’t like to have to dicker on pricing and was not impressed the price offered when I walked in did not reflect the price on the website. Would have preferred no games.

Purchase wise good but followup not so
Initial experience was good
But after I purchased the item and I messaged the sales person, the communication dropped. A specifically needed help on the initial start up as it wasn’t allowing me to cycle on my dishwasher and the sales person never got back to me even though I messaged them.

New machine installed and is faulty - does not drain, lid locks and doesn't unlock. Contacted sales person - provided a link to "report" on line and it does not recognize the photo download that is requested. Cannot get any assistance from CAS other than phone numbers for their suppliers. No one will assist after multiple messages.
