J'ai acheté une doudoune très cher à Canada Goose pour avoir chaud cet hiver. Au bout de 2 semaines, je me rends compte que l'intérieur de la poche s'est complètement décousu. Je suis donc retournée dans le magasin où j'ai acheté la doudoune puisqu'il s'agit là d'un défaut de fabrication. Quelle a été ma surprise d'apprendre, pour une marque si prestigieuse et surtout si cher, qu'il n'y avait aucun suivi en boutique. Je dois renvoyer la doudoune aux entrepôts et l'expertise peut prendre jusqu'à deux mois (d'après la vendeuse en boutique). Pratique, la doudoune aurait passé l'hiver dans leur entrepôt et je l'aurai récupéré au début du printemps ! Et alors quand j'ai appris que l'envoi de la doudoune dans leur entrepôt était à ma charge, ça a fini de me convaincre : je vais aller chez une couturière faire réparer ma poche, cela sera beaucoup plus efficace.
8 semaines de délais et des frais d'envoi à ma charge pour un défaut de fabrication, quel service client !
En tout cas c'était la dernière fois que j'achetais chez eux !

Hi, i just recently placed an order for a chelsea parka coat the reason i ordered directly from canada goose and not any other website was for the box and the box i have received was torn from the side and i am unhappy with the torn as i was the box not torn.

Wonderful products. Good ordering and delivery experience. Only slight frustration is the sizing inconsistency. I have 6 CG jackets In various sizes (S, M, L). If you mainly order online it results in multiple size orders. Returns are a faultless experience though so not a big deal, but does seem slightly odd.

Good quality. Well made. Judy out as to value, depends if truly does last as long as they suggest! But it’s a great coat

Very disappointing experience with Canada Goose (case 00978409).

I sent in my jacket for warranty and was approved for a replacement. However, the replacement was delivered without requiring a signature and was left unattended outside my address. When I returned home, the package had been stolen.

I have therefore never received the replacement jacket.

Despite this, Canada Goose has refused to take responsibility or offer a solution, even though the delivery was not completed securely or handed over to me.

I have also tried to contact them to clarify which legal entity is responsible for handling my case, as I need this information to pursue further action, but I have received no response. It is very disappointing to be ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate issue.

I strongly encourage Canada Goose to review my case again and provide a fair resolution. Otherwise, I will have to consider pursuing the matter further through formal legal channels.

I find it unacceptable that a premium brand does not ensure safe delivery of warranty replacements and avoids clarifying responsibility in such situations.

At this point, I am left without my jacket and without any resolution.

I expected much better from a company like Canada Goose.

The worker his name was Arun in the bullring and he was so kind very engaging and also gave VERY good advice on how to style and keep the coats clean which was AMAZING

Arrived so quickly! I ordered it on Monday and it was here by Wednesday. It is a beautiful coat and I love the style where it doesn’t swallow me up but has a nice slimming look. It’s cozy and soft. I’ll be trying g it out this winter in Germany and I can just tell that it will keep me extra toasty! Worth the investment in quality!

Comprato giubbotto smanicato, buona qualità, buone rifiniture, buoni materiali ma tasche piccole, poco pratiche e poco sicure, è facile perdere gli oggetti. Da un prodotto cosi costoso mi sarei aspettato qualche attenzione in più.

Following up on the refund issue for a return parcel lost in transit by DHL (courier contracted by Canada Goose). Despite refusing to refund the item in response to comprehensive evidence that DHL lost the parcel en route (text confirmation, tracking link, DHL email, CCTV footage of the parcel) - Canada Goose continue to insist (contrary to all evidence) that the parcel was never returned.

They have now become completely unresponsive to my correspondence for multiple weeks via email, while promising call-backs from customer service to discuss the problem which never arrive. It seems they have resorted to ghosting their customers as a final tactic to avoid refunding items…

I am now taking the issue up with Amex directly but please be very wary of buying anything online with Canada Goose - the experience has been totally shocking (doing anything from lying to ignoring evidence to ghosting me - anything to avoid giving a refund).

Looking through Trustpilot, it appears that others have experienced similar issues.

If I could give a negative star I would. I was so excited to purchase my first Canada Goose order but the whole experience has been so upsetting. Canada Goose has unfortunately been one of the worst companies I have ever bought jackets from. They charge your card when a product is not available after assisting you with an order. My gift card was never refunded. And my order of $1450 was never refunded after sending the item back with all tracking information. Please save yourself the stress and headache of ordering anything from here and I truly hope they will refund my return as it shows it arrived at their facility.

I returned a £1,150 jacket within 48 hours using Canada Goose’s own DHL returns label, after it did not fit and no larger size was available.

What followed was weeks of delay, poor communication, and repeated chasing on my part. I was told the return was being investigated, but I received no meaningful updates unless I contacted them myself. By the time they eventually responded, they tried to rely on their 30-day returns window to refuse any help, despite the fact I had initiated the return almost immediately and used their own nominated returns process.

I was also concerned to see another recent reviewer, Tom Goldsworthy, describe a very similar issue involving a DHL return and refusal to refund.

Canada Goose have now refused a refund, exchange, or credit note. For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I hope they now do the right thing and resolve this properly.

Fist time buying Canada goose for me and for my son a jacket.
Products are quite pricy but great quality and lifetime guarantee.
Nice delivery experience. Arrived a day earlier than expected.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase at Canada goose!
Over the years we have bought many items from their store. Recently, we purchased two jackets in New York City and have them shipped to our house.
They arrived in one box and only had one bag and one hanger. When I reached out and asked for them to send me an additional bag and hanger, they told me that was not their issue. I needed to send the jackets back to the store in New York City.
Not sure what to say based on the amount of merchandise we have purchased from them and the prices of the merchandise.

Ich habe mehrere Canada Goose Jacken und weitere Produkte im Kleiderschrank. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich meine Hybridge Lite auf Grund eines Schadens an den Reparatur Service eingesendet und diese auch zu einem fairen Preis repariert bekommen.

Nun fiel mir auf, dass meine dicke Winter Jacke die Hoody Lodge (wirklich selten getragen - ihr kennt unsere deutschen Winter) Abriebstelle unter den Armen und auf dem Rücken hatte. Ich hab die Jacke zum Service eingesendet und bekam die Antwort, dass die Garantieabdeckung nicht gilt. Das ist schon ziemlich traurig für eine Jacke in diesem Preissegment. Seitens Service wurde mir eine Reinigung angeboten (die Jacke muss laut Richtlinien vor dem Einsenden gereinigt werden). Das Angebot ist natürlich nicht kostenfrei und ein kulantes Angebot wie zuerst angenommen.

Seitens GC ist der Service, die Optionen etc. absolut unterirdisch! Wieso sollte ich meine gereinigte Jacke nochmals entgeltlich reinigen lassen? Eine Reparatur ist bei diesem Modell nicht möglich.

Ich habe dem Unternehmen mitgeteilt, dass ich sicherlich kein Produkt mehr kaufen werde!

Terrible customer service. Stitching failed on a jacket after 6 months and it’s not covered by the warranty.
