Camping International Omdömen 

Just purchased a second hand folding camper from Terry he was very helpful new everything about the campers, we didn't feel like we were being pushed into buying it, he is very patient. We are very pleased with the purchase, and can't wait to use it.

We ordered a new caravan awning and various accessories from Camping International and have been very impressed by the consistently good and prompt customer service whenever we have contacted them via email or over the telephone. Having unfortunately experienced some manufacturing faults with one product (no fault of Camping International), we have swiftly resolved the problem with a replacement without needing to chase up the issue. Each person with whom we have dealt with has been efficient and courteous and we will definitely purchase from Camping International again.

Ordered many items last Wednesday, checked in the terms & conditions about delivery and was happy that my items would be with me for our family camping trip tomorrow. 2 products ordered that showed 'in stock' actually weren't and only after emailing were we told that it had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
When asked if they could possibly ring Dorema and ask if they could send it through quicker we were told that it had been ordered and would arrive this week.
The rest of our items? BBQ, gas heater, things which were in stock haven't been dispatched because 'they will all get dispatched together'. When asked if out of stock products arrived on Thursday could they be dispatched on a before 1pm service, we were told that they don't do it.
Customer service is lacking, would I buy from them again? No! Would I recommend to friends? No! In fact I wouldn't recommend them to enemies.

Looked at a few reviews on the company and was pleased to see they had good ones.

Just bought a second hand folding camper, cannot fault the service we received, Terry is an outstanding ambassador for your company, nothing was too much trouble for him and he certainly went the extra mile to help us newbies out. We will certainly recommend Camping International to anyone and we will be back for many more bits Im sure.

I am interested in purchasing a Quest Instant erect high top awning, went online found that INTL had stock, checked out price with other online outlets. Although INTL were more expensive visited the store hoping to see the awning. Spoke with a gentleman on the tent & awning floor, he confirmed they had stock and quoted a price of £289, informed him that two online outlets were quoting £239 and could he match their price, he said he couldn't, he didn't attempt to meet the price. We made other purchases from the ground floor spending just under £70, the staff were very helpful & pleasant. It was just a shame that the signs around the store and on line stating, 'we will not be beaten on price' doesn't quite bear fruition. Made my purchase for the awning online for £239, delivery free.

We have just purchased a folding camper from camping international. We were very impressed with the way we were looked after nothing was to much for terry the gentleman we dealt with .

I bought a two Kampa beds for my grandchildren and one was faulty I contacted the company and it was replaced immediately woith no quibble I also bought a Cadac Paella pan and it was delivered straight away. I paid by Paypal but had no receipt so I called them to let them know. 1st class service and will be using them again

After a bad start when the floor straps were not long enough, I returned the canopy. Camping International corrected the fault, and returned it very swiftly. I have now at last after a period of not camping, put it up with ease as it now fits OK, And it was admired by other campers/caravaners.

Lovely site, toilet & shower block spotlessly clean, and showers great..
Caretakers gave excellent service.
The shop could do with having more of a selection ie. fresh bread, sauceage, bacon, sandwich fillers as quite far from the nearest shop.
Laundry very expensive at £3 a wash

I placed the order and within 2 days it arrived. product was good and cheaper than any other website i had looked at. great site and service

My order was taken perfectly and it arrived the day after - great, unfortunately the box had been opened at some point and the instructions were missing, the items were intact and complete however.
When I phoned Camping International the next day whoever answered the phone was obviously busy to the point of distraction, he did however send me the instructions but was not at all concerned the package had been mistreated and opened. OK so no harm no foul but I expect stuff delivered in perfect condition and this wasn't.

Great selection and competitive prices. Delivery came quickly despite being free.

One item was missing but after phone call this was despatched and received the next day.

I am very likely to use this company again.

I bought a Kampa travel pod from Camping International, for £30 less than anywhere else. It arrived very quickly and the delivery company even sent me a text, giving me a delivery window of one hour so I didn't have to stay at home all.

Great price and great service - you can't ask for better than that!

I'm not sure what I can say really. I ordered a tent on the Internet. They confirmed the order and it turned up a day or two later. I suppose I could say the tent was good value for money.

I was really impressed by Camping International. They were recommended to me by a friend who had shopped in-person at the store, and so I decided to try their online ordering system as the physical store is quite some distance from where I live. The order to delivery process was quick and easy, and everything was delivered well-packed and in excellent condition by courier. The products themselves were all as described on the website, and we have very much enjoyed using them already!

I did contact the store due to the fact I hadn't received a confirmation email after placing an order over the Bank Holiday weekend, but subsequently realised I had mis-typed this on my order. The store were excellent - they answered the phone quickly, were able to track down my order swiftly, and confirm when they would be dispatching the products. I also received text confirmation from the courier company they used in advance of delivery to let me know the date and time of delivery and provide me with options in the event that I couldn't physically be there to receive the order.

Overall, a highly recommended store, with excellent service and excellent products.

Bought a KAMPA 390L from Camping Intl and every part of the service they gave was excellent. Had a bit of trouble at my end with the ordering but they sorted it out for me with no problem whatsoever. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.
