Don’t bother
I bought a calculator from them a week ago, the next day after receiving the calculator I sent pictures showing the ink on the calculator was bleeding with pictures and videos for evidence. Maggie confirmed something was wrong and to take more pictures of what was in the box when I received it. I was very surprised when they refused to be liable because the screen did not look broken to them and according to them this was due to mishandling and mind you this was less than 24 hours after receiving it. The lack of empathy in handling this case is appalling. Both Maggie and Jay confirmed they would not be liable to for the return or replacement even though it still says I can on their return policy. I guess this is the world where we live in now where people refuse to be accountable as long as they are pushing sales and getting paid as long as they are the ones not getting screwed.
I had read their reviews, they are not great but decided to give them a chance anyway but the joke is on me I guess.
