Beautifull piece of art made with L O V E

I rarely write reviews, but this bikini truly deserves one.

When I opened the package, I was speechless. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. Every little bead and every embroidered daisy shows how much care, patience and love went into creating it. It doesn’t feel like a mass-produced bikini – it feels like wearable art.

The colors are even more beautiful in real life, and the quality exceeded my expectations. You can really feel that there are people behind this brand who care deeply about what they create.

Thank you to everyone in Colombia who contributed to making this beautiful piece. Every time I wear it, I will remember the love and dedication that went into making it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend CALA Swim to anyone looking for something truly special.

Een bestelde bikini heb ik nooit…INMIDDELS WORDT ER HEEL KEURIG VOOR EEN OPLOSSING GEZORGD

Een bestelde bikini heb ik nooit ontvangen! De lever kluis was leeg, nu ligt dit natuurlijk ook aan UPS. Echter is contact nauwelijks mogelijk met Calaswim. Ik heb 1 reactie gehad daarna was het stil en wacht ik nog steeds op mijn bikini of een retour betaling. Maar niks!!! Dus enorm teleurgesteld!!

23/7/2026 inmiddels al de gevraagde documenten voor de tweede maal verzonden!!! EN WEER GEEN REACTIE… wie weet via deze weg?????

28/7/2026 nu wordt er hard en adequaat gewerkt aan een oplossing . De bikini wordt zelf verzonden naar mijn vakantie adres. To be continued

De bikini inmiddels ontvangen op m’n vakantie adres zoals afgesproken! De bikini past is er mooi en ben er heel blij mee! Ik zou zeker nogmaals een bikini bij Cala swim bestellen! Bedankt

Bestel hier niet!!!!!!

Bestel hier niet!!
Had een bikini besteld. De top viel wat
Klein uit dus bestelde een maatje groter. Daarna zou ik kiezen en er één retour sturen.
Zo gezegd zo gedaan en uiteindelijk één bikinitop retour gestuurd.
Ik moest retourverzendkosten betalen van 7,95 wat ik normaal vind maar…………..daarnaast vragen ze ook nog een retourvergoeding van Euro 10,- binnen NL!!!!!!!!
Dus dit retourtje kost mij gewoon bijna Euro 20,- terwijl het naar Zaandam werd geretourneerd!
Dit is werkelijk schandalig en mag nog geeneens volgens het consumentenrecht! Er wordt geld verdiend op retourzendingen.
Heb ze hierover gemaild maar krijg geen reactie.
Al met al is het een hele dure bikini geworden die het niet waard is!!!!

We'd like to clarify that we responded to your email and sent a follow-up. We also noticed your most recent emails were sent on Saturday and Sunday, when our customer support team is unavailable, so we replied on the next business day.

Your refund was processed after the fixed €10.00 return fee was deducted, in accordance with our Return & Withdrawal Policy. As your return was partial, the original shipping cost is not refundable under our policy and applicable EU consumer rules.

We're still happy to investigate the additional €7.95 charge you mentioned. Please reply to our email with proof of payment, such as a receipt or payment confirmation, so we can review it.

Zelf nog minder dan 1 ster

Zelf nog minder dan 1 ster. Ik wilde mijn bikini retourneren. Heb het optijd aangemeld maar was 2 dagen later met wegbrengen omdat ik ziek op bed lag. De enige optie was nog een tegoedbon ipv geld terug. Oké akkoord dan, dacht ik maar en daar kwam ook nog bij dat ik de retourkosten zelf moest betalen. Allemaal gedaan en bikini verstuurd. Ineens verbrak het contact en hebben ze nooit meer geld of een tegoed bon gegegeven. Dus 250 euro gewoon weg. Meerdere keren via meerdere wegen contact proberen te krijgen maar tevergeefs. Nooit kopen zou ik dus adviseren.

We would like to clarify that your return was returned after our clearly stated 14-day from the delivery date. Our swimsuits are handcrafted and require 4-8+ hours of artisan work to create, which is one of the reasons why our return window is clearly defined in our return policy.

We received your emails on a Saturday morning and responded on the next business day(May 18, 2026), in line with the 1–3 business day response time stated on our contact form. You mentioned that you tried to email to @calaswim.nl and it can’t be reached. The only email communication we have is @calaswim.com. Our email included photographs of the returned item's condition, an explanation of why the return was rejected, with a deadline to let us know if you wished to have the item returned to you. We did not receive any further response to that email and the deadline has been passed for more than 3weeks. We consider this case is closed.

Additionally, the returned bikini did not meet our hygiene requirements. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear ‘must’ be tried on over underwear and returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached and the hygiene liner/sticker fully intact, clean, and free from any stains or signs of wear.

As outlined in our policy, the return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. We apply these policies consistently to all orders to protect the quality and hygiene standards expected by our customers.

Ik kreeg mijn badpak aan, heel erg mooi maar te laat. Ik wil het terug sturen, maar krijg geen mails terug, kan hun niet bereiken…
Badpak is erg duur, dus dit is erg om te betalen wanneer het niet past!

June 4, 2026 – We responded to your email

Following our response on June 4, we did not receive any further communication from you.

As stated on our contact form, our typical response time is 1–3 business days. We prioritize inquiries relating to active orders and requests submitted within the 14-day return period to ensure customers with time-sensitive issues receive prompt assistance.

We would also like to note that our swimsuits are not mass-produced. Each piece requires many hours of artisan craftsmanship to create. When an item is purchased, delivered, and retained for 24 days before a return is requested, it remains unavailable to other customers throughout that period. This is one of the reasons why we maintain a clearly stated 14-day return policy.

While we understand that our decision may be disappointing, we applied the same policy that is communicated to all customers and responded within our stated timeframe. We remain committed to treating all customers fairly and consistently.

Perfect

The package was lost in transit.

A day after informing Calaswim, a new item was sent to me by express.

This is a service that very few companies provide.

As a result, I can only recommend this brand; it's in trouble that a good company stands out the most.

The bikini was also exactly what I expected.

Top gevoel in mn bikini

Voor het eerst voel ik me comfortabel in een bikini. Ik ben echt onwijs blij met de pasvorm en kleuren. Alles is precies zoals op de foto's. Daarbij is de service echt geweldig!! En zijn heel veel bedrijven die hier wat van kunnen leren! Al met al, mega tevreden! Ik kan niet wachten tot er nieuwe bikini's zijn volgend seizoen :)

Precioso bikini Cala Mesquida

Pedí un precioso bikini ''Cala Mesquida'' en talla S y cuando llegó me di cuenta de que para la parte de arriba debería haber pedido la talla M. Contacté con Pim (la dueña) y me lo resolvió rapidísimo y sin problemas! Da gusto comprar online y sentir que hay una persona amable detrás esforzándose por ayudar todo lo posible y que recibas el pedido tal y como lo imaginabas. En cuanto al bikini, sin palabras! Se nota la buena calidad de la tela, además lleva unas piedras muy bien cosidas. Sin duda es mi bikini del verano y volveré a pedir. Tiene unos diseños muy únicos lo cual me encanta porque aquí en las tiendas de España cuesta encontrar bikinis tan bonitos con pedrerías.

Honestly my favorite small business…

Honestly my favorite small business bikini brand. The seller is so friendly and gives you such good service. Its all hand sown and prepared into a nice package. You can go there and try it on, but she will also sent your package so quickly. I am going to buy on repeat. And if i were you, i would do the same! <3

Top service! Had een vraagje en deze werd dadelijk met alle vriendelijkheid beantwoord, niet was haar teveel. En zo geweldig dat je meerdere maten kan kiezen en zonder probleem wordt geretourneerd.
De bikini’s zijn zoooo mooi, echte eyecatchers. Kijk al uit naar de nieuwe collectie van volgend jaar! ❤️
