What went wrong? I ordered 8 blankets....NONE of them were printed correctly!
How could we improve our service? You could actually provide a refund....like you originally offered.....I wasn't going to accept $10 as a refund on a $220 order that was completely wrong....so several back and forth emails later...and STILL NOTHING.
SERIOUSLY the worst customer service ever.
They offered a pitiful refund.....$30 per blanket.....8 blankets printed incorrectly....and they offered me $10 back.....and never sent even that pitiful amount

Terrible customer service. Ordered a grey blanket it came purple (they say that’s the colour it is)
It’s lilac.
Emails were replied to every 3-4 days. Still have not been refunded nor return started!

Ordered 5 of these blankets for Christmas gifts. I received them. Ordered big enough for their twin beds. All of the grandkids love them. They do seem a little thing but they are weighted and very soft. Great choice for my grands

I give cake lust a 0 star! I paid $225. For 5 blankets….so thin and cheap!!! I ordered the blankets for my grandchildren and right after ordering, I realized how small the blankets were so I emailed them asking for 2 of the blankets to be in the bigger size. They requested $50 additional for the larger size so I sent that. When I received the blankets, they were all the small size. I emailed them telling of my dissatisfaction, they said can you not give the blankets to someone else!!!! What!!!! With my Grandchildren’s names….omg!!! When I got my visa bill, I realized that I was charged more than what they said it would cost for the blankets. They said they would reimburse me as it was their error…still have not been reimbursed. I have been emailing the company almost daily trying to get my $50 back that I paid for 2 larger blankets with no satisfaction. They requested a pic of the QR code which I sent and they said I got what I ordered…I ask them what the code says, but they never answer. They just keep saying they are sorry I’m not happy with the blankets. Very, very disappointed…..DO NOT ORDER THESE BLANKETS!

The worst!!!! I ordered 2 blankets for Christmas on Dec2/2022. I received 1 in mid January/23. I am still waiting for the second one as of Feb 8/23.
What a joke & have paid $107.00 Cdn. Quality is poor & blanket thin even if monogrammed. Can’t get a reply so I want to charge it back as not fair as not even received full order to this date. Online purchases buyer beware!!!! 🇨🇦👎

So disappointed in my experience with Cake Lust, and with their customer service.
I made 3 orders for a total of 6 blankets with them, 1 I tried to cancel immediately (within minutes) after ordering it because I read that it was possible to cancel an order if notified within 24 hours, then 10 hours later I was told I couldn't cancel it. I have now paid for an extra blanket I did not want, and have it still packaged because I don't know what to do with it because I DIDN'T want it.
Then I got 3 blankets that were not as pictured and were gifts I had to give not 100% happy with. (Actually 4 blankets because the one I tried to cancel that is still packaged was also without hearts.) and with all of those issues I was “offered” $5 as a compensation.
I also had to write Cake Lust earlier too about being charged tax on all 3 orders when we do not have tax in Alaska. That WAS actually refunded but this has just been a nightmare of an experience.
I'd like to send the extra blanket back and be fully refunded and would think $5 for 4 blankets not as pictured is not suitable as a correction. It’s disrespectful. The picture on the website clearly is false advertisement. I do not recommend doing business with them. It also took forever to get them!

I am very disappointed with Cske-Lust. I put in an order over two months ago, it was a Christmas gift for my grandkids, today is the 1st of February and have not received the order yet. I have tried to contact them and the number listed is incorrect. I email to cancel my order and no one responds to it . During the 2 months I received multiple emails to notify me that the tracking number had changed but no other response at all. I will never order from them again, am I hope many people can read this review and not order either.

I still have not received 2 of the 5 blankets I ordered way before Christmas.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered 3 blankets, it took forever to get them, when I did they were not as advertised. I told them I wanted my money back and they wanted me to send the blankets back as my expense. I put a dispute in with PayPal and they were no help. Be aware! Do not order with this fraudulent company!

I have a pending charge from is "establishment " never delt with them before.

this company is a FRAUD. I ordered some blankets three months ago I just received an incomplete order. the quality is awful. so mad I did not read reviews before.
I tried to get my money back but I have not received a response from this "company" , I will file an order, this company is a joke.

I would not even give one star - be very weary! As far as I’m concerned they are SCAMMERS! I ordered a personalised blanket for my grandson and it came with a girls name on it! They will not refund the money and wanted more money to post out a new one! I’m at a lost BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I give this company a big ZERO! They are just out to steal from the consumer. Warning to all reading this, don’t buy anything from this company. I bought two blankets in October 2022. On one the name was spelled wrong. They said they would send a replacement, but I never received shipping information or the blanket. I will never buy from them again! If they don’t respond to my last message, I will report them to BBB.

I ordered 4 blankets. While 1 arrived in 6 weeks, the other 3 took just over a week longer. These will be great for my kiddos to use as a light blanket this summer.

I order two blankets at the beginning of November 2022 and I still have not received them effective 1/17/23! I’m very disappointed and so are my grandkids.

I ordered 2 blankets on 11/21/22 and as of 1/18/23 I still have no blankets and I’m being told they are still shipping and how they have asked the shipping company to update the status!

I would NEVER order from this company! I ordered 4 blankets on November 30, 2022 & still don’t have all blankets as of today January 17, 2023. I keep requesting a refund but they keep sending me some story about to check with my neighbors to see if they have gotten the packages. I am calling the bank today to dispute the charges! I am done reaching out to rectify the situation!

I ordered 6 blankets for my grandchildren on December 10th. First, they overcharged me by $14 and change. I immediately wrote them and within 3 days, I had the overage credited to my account. I assumed they were reputable. It is now January 16th. On the 14th I received an email stating they had been delivered. They had not. I live on a dead-end street with only 3 other homes on it. Every one of us has multiple cameras, and no one's camera picked up any vehicle other than those who live on the street for that day, or two days prior. I wrote to them, and they told me to check with family and neighbors. We did. I wrote them again and they basically told me it had been delivered, and finding it was my responsibility. I am going to dispute it with my bank, and will eventually get my money back, but in the meantime, I will blackball them from one end of cyberspace to the next. I may not be able to keep everyone from being scammed by them, but I will damn sure do my best. As an award-winning novelist, I have a large following which I will use to my advantage. Out of 119 reviews, every single one of them is 1-star, except for a single 2-star review. That says it all....

Unbelievable bad quality of blankets..! Ordert in November and they were supposed to arrive before Christmas but they arrived in January
