Gavin Newton was very clear at arranging to work around my appointments to make them time effective on the day where I am also viewing with another agent . He also helped me to work through the website view page where I was having a concern about viewing pictures …and was very flexible and empathic about my concerns about price . He managed to find a property that suits me after finding out my needs so he’s very ontop of recents properties on file and was able to help me get a viewing there .

Although I didn’t end up renting through Cairds, my experience with Christian was second to none. Cairds in Ashtead did a great job on helping me with a complex sale that had fallen through in the past and I needed to get completed.
