Cairds Omdömen

Great agency. Very polite and friendly and ready to answer any questions.
Highly highly recommend!

Very prompt and efficient service by Sathees in serving a Section 13 notice.

The viewing experience with Cairds was great.Lola was really helpful in arranging the viewing .

My contact Sathees and the staff at the Epsom branch have been most helpful, promptly dealing with any issues that have arisen.

Great company! Staff are very helpful and accomodating. We rented a nice flat in Epsom for almost 4 years, had a few problems but all were sorted in less than a day. Our property manager Sathees was never absent from start to end of our tenancy, job well done! I highly reccomend!

Lola at cairds is an example of how all of humanity should be and act. She’s extremely well spoken, welcoming, polite, caring and understanding throughout the whole process of my first let. Need a response in 30 seconds? She’s your girl.

Georgette has been amazing from start to finish. She has made the moving process smooth and less stressful. Always available to help and answer any questions and will always try to find a solution to any questions or problems you have.

Christian Pickett provided a 10/10 service, that was easy, clear and stress-free, from viewing to moving in. He quickly arranged a viewing on a flat I was interested in, and was flexible with making it virtual for me - he made the process as easy as possible. He is knowledgable about the properties, pointed me in all the right direction of things to notice and consider during the viewing, as well as other rental properties I could be interested in. Christian's communication was fantastic with quick and comprehensive responses. He also clearly laid out next steps, what was going to happen and when to make sure I always knew what was going on. Christian made this process stress free and super easy, finding me a great rental property in no time. I highly recommend Cairds, especially if all their staff are as great at Christian :)

Great team!
Lorraine was always so friendly and efficient making the whole process of buying my new house as stress free as possible. If she was off someone else in the team was quick to help too. Thanks all

Professional and friendly. Work fully to get asking price and don't pressure you to accept the first offer for a quick sale. Quick to answer the phone, deal with any queries and get back to you. Luke our agent kept us up to date and dealt with any problems between solicitors. We have used them before and would use them again

We had a problem with our sink tap leakage, the issue was addressed quickly by the Cairds coordinator George Eden. Really appreciate the quick response from them

We have just completed on our probate sale through Cairds. We dealt with Oscar throughout the process who always was available and quick to respond to any queries or problems. Oscar was proactive and although the sales was protracted he remained patient with the purchaser and the less than efficient purchasers solicitors keeping the sale together and getting it to exchange.

Jo was a great agent. Cairds was the third (and going to be the very last) we had listed our house with.
Right away, Jo and team were proactive. She listened and created a really high quality brochure to which we made very few changes. Jo targeted the right clients who she knew would be interested in our house.
I'm pleased to say that Jo managed to secure a buyer very quickly who was solid and really loved the house, succeeding where others had failed.
Jo kept good lines of communication throughout the process, which ended up being quite protracted and difficult. She built up a good relationship with our buyer and the other agents in the chain and kept it all moving.
I would recommend Jo and Cairds if you have a property to sell in Epsom, Ashtead or Leatherhead. Thank you!

Buying and selling from Cairds in Ashtead. We’ve had a great experience, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to Lola and Christian for all their help and support getting us new tenants. They were both incredible.

Lola and chris was so friendly, they explained everything very clearly. Our viewing went well because of them.

I was treated with respect and the conversation was clear and straightforward

Gavin and Jo very pleasant to deal with and reassuring

WE HAD WONDERFUL VISITORS YESTERDAY FOR THE INSPECTION OF OUR HOUSE. ALL WENT WELL DURING THE INSPECTION AND MR EDEN WAS ESPECIALLY GOOD AND ATTENTIVE TO ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS. WE REALLY APPRECIATE AND LOOK FOWARD TO THE ACTIONING OF ALL THE DETAILS THEY NOTICED.

Lola and Christian were a pleasure to deal with. Pragmatic, responsive and very professional.
