Dispatcher was polite and sharp
Dispatcher was polite and sharp. We called on thursday and new toilet was installed on Monday morning. The exact model and type my wife wanted.
Installer showed up on time. Over the years its been the same employee Tyrone. Didn't recognize him her lost so much weight from the last time. Just kidding. He explained what he was going to do and then did just that. The billing was all electronic and easy. Tyrone cleaned up any mess, if at all. Was on his way in a couple of hours. Caccia also takes care of my rentals. Great Company. If I have any plumbing needs its only one phone call and its done.

I recently hired James Caccia Plumbing to repair a failed under slab sewer line. The job entailed jackhammering up the floor inside the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the line and closing it all back up.
From the first contact I had with Moe the field supervisor who did the original estimate and working with Nathan in the office I knew that I had picked the right company to resolve my plumbing problem.
Christian and Rene - the two Caccia team members assigned to do the work were outstanding to work with. Both were great with communicating what was happening throughout the week of work, showed up on time every day or let me know in advance if they were delayed and took great care of my property while they were working. Additionally they advised me of issues they discovered along the way and made recommendations to remediate them to avoid future problems.
I couldn't be more satisfied and I'd rehire Caccia in an instant.

Excellent plumbing service!
We've been using Caccia Plumbing for more than 20 years for various problems that crop up in our house. They are always prompt, personable, and excellent at what they do. Their prices are fair and the work is always good. They're not good for emergency calls (usually they are booked at least a day in advance). But if you can wait a day or two to fix your plumbing problem, you can be assured that they will give you the right advice and do an excellent job for you.
