Cab Treasure Omdömen 

The system itself has been very good and meets all our requirements, they have also taken extra steps to accommodate our needs. HOWEVER THE SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE (ACTUALLY WORSE THEN TERRIBLE), Trying to set up in a remote location, I have been sat here since 12pm (now 2.44pm) been promised call back time and time again.

IF YOU CAN NOT MANAGE IF YOUR SYSTEM GOES DOWN DO NOT USE CAB TREASURE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR TECH DEPARTMENT IN MY LIFE.

TO TOP IT OF THERE ARE APPARENTLY NO MANAGERS ON SITE, (THEY TRYING TO BLAG AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES MANAGER)

Brilliant system fantastic tech support even when I’d done something daft really patient and polite from the top of the company to the bottom I have been treated with respect and it’s never been a problem for any of my requests customers drivers and I love it

Been with Cab T for over a year now.Had many ,many problems but their tech team has always managed to sort out after many attempts.
Their accounts department are the most ignorant and arrogant people I have had to deal with, for 3 months running they get my bill wrong,so I let them know, they do nothing then chop me off, 2nd time this month, I will have to find another provider, cant deal with these people.

Would not recommend Cab Treasure to anyone!
They talk the talk, but defo do not walk the walk. There sales and management team lead you to believe that you can have this system personalised to your companies needs.. This couldn't be further from the truth, whenever you ask for something simple for example a blacklisting box, they tell you that "no other companies have ever asked for this, they'll have to see if it's something they can do."
The tech support is probably one of the worse I've ever come across, recently the app has been crashing on the computers, the tech support tried to make out that there was a problem with the Internet connection... There was not a problem with the Internet connection, our whole system is now crashing on a daily basis and yet again the tech support said "it must be a loose wire." etc etc.
Amongst the hundreds of other excuses being made as to why their system doesn't work properly, things are starting to come across as Cab Treasure want your money and that's it. If you tell them you're thinking about leaving due to lack of tech support, loss of business and loss of drivers due to the amount of problems, they will promptly tell you that you can't leave or they're sue you for thousands. Also, you may notice that if you make it clear you're not happy with the service and want to leave that the problems you had in the first place will get 100 times worse.

Happy with the service provided by Cab Treasure. The staff are great and extremely helpful. The features are endless and spot on!

We are really happy with the Cab Treasure dispatch system. It is a really simple system to use and an extremely powerful tool. We are so happy we moved over from Autocab as Cab Treasure are more cost efficient and competitive with pricing. The system has allowed me more spare time to focus on other priorities as it is so seamless. We could not be happier. Thank you for your help and great communication.

We have been using Cab Treasure dispatch system for 4 years. I am really happy with the service. The support team are always available and are there to help. The team are extrently friendly and are there for every need. Im really happy with all the feautres that the software provides. I wouldn't look back!

We are really happy with Cab Treasure system. We have not had any issues arise since moving from our previous dispatch provider, it was the best decision we have made. It has been plain sailing & they have always been helpful & available when needed. This has assisted our business to grow from strength to strength.

This company is the worst dispatch system in minicab Industry. They will over charge you on every invoice. The software is actually good but the directors thief’s and will bill you extra just to make some money.

Been using the Dispatch System from Cab Treasures for nearly a year after moving from another company. My main reason for moving was this system was showing as being very rich in features.

After nearly a year of using the system I cannot fault it in any way, works great no downside and has all the features IVR, WALL BOARD, APPS and much more.

Customer support is brilliant if you need to call them they are genuinely there 24/7 and get things sorted in minutes.

Since switching to Cab Treasure we have experienced a smoother and faster dispatch system with so many features that the competition in our area do not have which has allowed us to increase our business & drivers greatly over the past year.

The Cab Treasure system is also very competitive in pricing in comparison to other dispatch systems.

Credit must be given wherever its due! We have been using Cab Treasure since 2012 and I must say that we have been given a very good and reliable service.We have never suffered any down time as far as the system is concerned but whenever there has been any issue they have resolved it instantly. A big plus is their 24/7 support service who are just a call away and always happy to help. We are really happy with the software Cab Treasure has provided us with. We have made the best decision by moving to Cab Treasure. This has helped us to run our business more efficiently and assist us with growth.I must say that there IVR is the best as we have improved the booking volume. The best thing about it is what they tell you you can get with the system. but don't ever bank on getting anything they said you can get. 2 years and still waiting to go on to the hybrid system what we was sold to us in the first place. There 24/7 support is shocking no one knows how to fix problems. The website that was supposed to take 2 weeks took over 6 mouths and it still has problems. They make you pay up front so you are invested in them trapped. It is better than the system we had before but not even close to what they sell you.

A disappointing let down that sounds good but never delivers what they say it can do. I am going to contact trading standard to see where we stand on getting our money back. disappointing let down

We found their software extremely useful and easy to use. When we needed support they were there to help fix things and get us up and running again. Since using the Cab Treasure platform we have experienced everything running much better.

Very unprofessional company do not trust them. there have poor customer service and there Management worse. and you'll regret your experience with them just waste of the money. there software is not good as icabbi.

Never dealt with such an unprofessional company ever! They rather deal with males than females, they only respond to get the sale but the after care is attrocious. A real joke is the 24 hour technical support the phones get answered eventually but God help you as there are no actual technicians available from Friday early evening to Monday morning. They do not care about their customers at all - just about money

Regret ever going over to them, The customer support is useless, I would not advise anyone to use their system, The system is piecemeal, thrown together, sort of built around you if you know what you want, but it does not quite do what it is supposed to do. Took us 8 months to get a very simple blacklist box to show, after numerous email all with read receipt and displayed on their email They sell you the system and more or less just forget you. Good luck if you try this company. I for one wished i had never bothered.

really regret ever going to them, i was told it would do everything we needed , but that is not the case, they take your money and you get nothing in return stay away from them.
