Definitely order again
After reading such shockingly bad reviews, I was so frightened once I realised I'd ordered from Buzz Retail. I contacted Michael via email and he reassured me that my order would be with me ASAP. It was with me within 4 days of ordering. Opened the box and everything inside was as it should be. I will definitely be ordering from Buzz Retail again. Thank you for your speedy and great service!

Very helpfull company
Very helpfull company. First delivery was lost as it was left at my doorstep by the delivery compnay. Buzz quickly responcded and arranged a replacement. Thanks. Will defenitely recommend this company to people i know.

Great Returns Process
I accidentally ordered the wrong hard drive which my my fault, the hard drive was delivered very fast. I opened up a returns request and a person called George at buzz got the item collect the very next day.

Dodgy
Bought some lego for my son for what seemed like a steal. Delivery very fast, arrived in boxes branded with a different company though. The company from the box called me later the same day saying the purchase was made with a stolen card (despite me paying with paypal). Something dodgy going on here, definitely avoid.

Order a lawnmower from buzz-retail
Order a lawnmower from buzz-retail, arrived after 3 days. Have to say I normally use a Flymo lawnmower but going forward Bosch is the brand I am going for! works smooth as ice-cream, collects the grass almost perfectly inside its drum and make much less noise than my previous Flymo that stopped working after one year!

I placed an order through Buzz-Retail a week ago, so when my order didn't arrive I checked Trustpilot and was very alarmed by two reviews from 2 days ago. With this feedback in mind I raised a concern with PayPal. The retailer got back to me a short time later confirming that my order would arrive today and asking me to close the case I'd raised with Paypal. My order did indeed arrive today and it seems fine. I emailed Buzz-Retail and pointed out the feedback on this site - almost immediately these good reviews were posted.
I summary - my order arrived and seems fine albeit a little late, however the timing of the most recent reviews ...... just a coincidence?
