No support

I just bought some gta online money and accidentally entered the wrong password. I get support from the live chat nor Gmail. And I can't get a refund

Very disappointing experience with this seller

Edit: After almost 24 hours, someone finally got in touch after I reached the support on the homepage after hours: I was processed with a cheap excuse and that was it, money back and nothing

I had a very frustrating experience with this seller.
I purchased Arc Raiders coins with the clearly stated “Guaranteed delivery time 1h”, but this promise was not kept at all.
During the night I waited over 3 hours without any response.
The next day the seller messaged me asking if I was online. I saw the message 4 minutes later, replied immediately — and again, more than an hour passed with no reply.
What makes it even worse:
The seller is shown as online the entire time, yet still doesn’t respond. This feels extremely unreliable.
Overall, this was a very poor experience with this seller.
If you guarantee a delivery time, you should stick to it.

Event Tickets (ESO)

About a day and a half ago, I purchased event tickets for Elder Scrolls Online and received them today. I was very anxious when they didn't arrive in minutes/hours after purchase, as the FAQ mentioned, so I contacted the live chat - the person on the other end told me that they were still gathering the currency for my specific server. I'm happy with the communication and the delivery, but I wish the information (about the currency needed to deliver my order was being collected/purchased) was perhaps listed in the order details. Overall, I'm happy with the service, but after some bad reviews here, I was growing anxious, luckily it seems like the bad reviews are just people who do not understand how modded games and purchased accounts work. Thank you, BuyXP! I will be coming back :)

Very satisfied

At the beginning I was a bit scared it would be false, but at the end my order was delivered! I'm really satisfied with the service, I will use it again soon.

Placed multiple orders for gta v money…

Placed multiple orders for gta v money for my xbox and they always deliver, no problems or hassle and as long as I'm not logged on they deliver within minutes and at anytime just place an order now at 2:40 am and got now at 3:00 am 💀, account info has been kept safe and secure and they take privacy seriously 😎
