Buywise Domestics Omdömen

Cheapest I’ve seen online. Very quick delivery . Driver and mate very helpful and carried it into the house. Would thoroughly recommend Buywise.

Easy purchase process, came as ordered, delivery and installation team were very efficient and orofessional

Highly superior service as always from Buywise. Personal, friendly, efficient and they always go above and beyond. Heartfelt recommendation for this family run local business 🥰

Have been a regular customer over the years and from walking into the showroom to delivery and installation I cannot fault the service I received. I can highly recommend buywise without hesitation. Thank you.

Good price, helpful staff, delivered on promised day.

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher and Buywise offered the best price. They delivered it the following week giving us a date and nearer the time a 2hr time slot. They arrived when expected and delivered our new dishwasher and took the old one away. The whole process went smoothly.

Good price. Good communication and delivered on time. Would recommend this seller.

excellent service will buy again from them xxxxx

I can not recommend buy wise enough, from a distressed phone call to Joe at 8:50 on a Friday morning, to having my next washing machine delivered and installed less than 2 hours later. The gentlemen that brought it over were friendly, helpful and polite. Even took away the rubbish and my old machine! So glad I shopped locally, as you would not get that service anywhere else! Thank you again!

Everything

Great customer service both by email and in-person from the delivery guy. Would definitely use this company again.

Made it so easy to purchase online with great choices.
Delivered on time professional as expected.
Great product 👌

Absolutely amazing customer service, from booking delivery, delivery and installation of my washing machine. I will definitely be using buywise for any future appliances, I couldn't be happier. Thank you buywise.

Excellent customer service. Delivered on time, value for money and quality products. Friendly efficient staff in the office and doing deliveries and fitting. I would highly recommend Buywise.

I had my new tumble dryer in just a couple of days. I ordered on Sunday and received it on Tuesday.
I called the company to check on a few things and spoke to a very helpful employee.
I was phoned by the delivery driver 15 minutes before they arrived within the 2 hour delivery slot I was given.
Very good service.

Excellent service

I purchased a oven from this retailer and I'm starting to think i might need to contact my bank to get my money back, as it has been around 2 weeks since I cancelled the order.

To explain I had purchased an oven after checking the website was not a scam. They also have a sister company (Corbetts) who sell identical products.

After placing my order and getting confirmation of the delivery, one man two man whatever it was, I get a call from this retailer stating it's the last product (ex display) and if I would be willing to accept a damaged product.

Not even a partial refund, not that I would have accepted it but, just a call stating the product is damaged and if I still wish to proceed with the order.

One of the most abnormal experiences I've had with a retailer. I stated I wanted the order cancelled and I still haven't received a refund. On two occasions I was told the owner would contact me.

There was no mention on their website that the product was damaged, and they only changed the description after I had placed the order.

What a waste of time...avoid!!

When our old dishwasher finally gave up, we ordered a replacement from Buywise and we're so glad we did. Their prices were very competitive, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The new dishwasher was installed this morning, right at the beginning of the delivery window, which was a pleasant surprise.

The fitter was friendly, professional, and thorough. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the level of service exceeded our expectations.

We’re genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buywise to friends and family. A seamless experience all around!
