I placed an order March 13 for two pairs of slippers. Within 24hrs a label was created and within 48hrs I had a tracking number for UPS. A week went buy and the tracking had not updated saying the agent had not received the item from seller. The next week I checked again to see that UPS had moved the package to USPS Ground and there was a new tracking number, however, that tracking number was invalid. I reached out to Happy Feet the first time March 25th, with zero help or resolution to the tracking issue. I reached out again March 31st, still nothing, I've sent out emails daily until April 4th at which time, I demanded Happy Feet cancel my order and refund my money, they never responded to any of the emails attempting to rectify the situation. I finally went through my bank and filed fraud charges for goods never received. It is still in the process.

They are cute, soft, and i get compliments on them all the time. They also fit perfectly!

Slippers are super soft and super comfortable. It's like walking on a cloud. I also love the size of the slippers. Definitely will buy again.

I’m so frustrated. Because of a mistake on Hapoy Feet’s end by sending me the wrong item I’ve not been able to reach a real person to return items that don’t fit the shipping label.

Slippers were for Christmas for my grandson. They were too small and his family left to go home. I wrote HappyFeet and I was able to exchange for a larger size and mailed to his home address. He received them and is loving them. Thanks so much for your help getting them to him.

Very happy with my purchase and even though I got one item incorrect, it was replaced and I received it on time to still give as a Christmas present.

I've bought several pairs for friends and family. Never a bad word said. Keep producing this quality, and I'll keep buying. Maybe some of the people I've bought for will return the favor.

Had issue with first pair and they replaced then at no cost. Plus, shipping was fast.

The fact that the size large says it fits “Women's 5.5-10” should have been a red flag. These aren’t stretchy socks; they’re slippers. I’m a 9.5 and the slippers were a full inch too small for me. The return process is arduous. I would have had to print my own return label, and then go to a post office. After running those trips, I still wouldn’t have got a full refund. (Compare to Disney; if you get the wrong size, it’s a quick QR code scan at a FedEx and you’re done!) Happy Feet slippers are really comfy… if you get the right size. But that doesn’t seem easy, and getting the wrong size is a pain to deal with.

I bought a pair of money slippers for my grandson. The night I gave them to him an arm came off the monkey. I emailed the company early Saturday morning, along with a picture showing the detached arm. Within an hour I had a response apologizing for the trouble and saying they would replace the slippers. I immediately received a second email confirming an order pending. Now that is exceptional customer service.

Haven’t received the item even though it is apparently being sent by DHL. Ordered on the 16/10/25 and today is the 11/11/25 . Still not here! Apparently it is on its way on the 18/10/25…..hmmmmm to where?

I had been searching for character slippers for my sons for Christmas (aged 40 and46 🤦‍♀️) and was unable to find any, when I came across Happy Feet Slippers. I was a little sceptical about ordering from the USA but ordered a cat and penguin pair on 26/10/25. Well, I was kept updated about delivery and they arrived yesterday (3/11/25). They are perfect, great quality and I’m sure they will love them. I hope to use them again next Christmas!

It was a birthday gift and my sister-in-law and she loved it!

This makes my third year of buying these slippers for my husband. They are super comfortable and warm; the size chart is accurate and shipping is fast. The only reason they are rated a "4" instead of "5" is that the soles are not very durable.

They feel very comfortable and have very good cushioning on the inside. The slip proof pads on the bottom are a nice addition as well.
