Butch’s Plumbing and heating are an excellent company. They have just changed all our radiators in the house. Very processional, Jack and Sam were conscious, tidy and respectful workers. Jack communicated with us and explained his work every step of the way. We also use them to service our boiler which they provide a really good payment plan for. Definitely a 5 star company. Thank you lads.

If your are looking for top quality plumbing work look no further than Butch's plumbing. They just finished installing a boiler in my static caravan and the service was flawless. The two brothers who carried out the work was incredible nice and polite and clearly take pride in what they do. They did a brilliant job and left everything tidy.
Had an issue with radiator- attended quickly and problem was sorted- always use for my boiler service and any other plumbing- highly recommended
Jack arrived promptly, at the agreed time, and acted in a courteous manner throughout my gas fire service. His communication was great throughout.

Had a boiler service carried out by them on behalf of OVO energy service was carried out in april 2026 by May 2026 component failing due to the state the machine was left the boiler engineer was less than 30 minutes at the property so I don’t believe he actually done a service properly as an ideal have come out just over month later and told me I need a service as there was. I way the boiler has recently been serviced in its current state . So am I’m currently £400 down plus what ever others costs I incur during investigation into this matter from OVO.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review.
Firstly, the service you received was arranged through OVO Energy. OVO subcontracted the work through Corgi, who in turn appointed us to carry out the boiler service. As such, we follow the specific servicing procedures, scope of work and budget set by those organisations.
The service was provided as part of OVO’s customer offering and was not booked directly with Butch’s Plumbing and Heating.
Your boiler service was completed on 7 April, and at the time of the appointment the service documentation was signed to confirm that the work had been completed satisfactorily. As part of our standard process, we also retain photographic records taken during the service, which show the boiler and condensate trap in a clean and serviceable condition at the time of attendance. This could have been provided as evidence upon your request if we had any communication regarding the matter prior to this review.
We are sorry to hear that your boiler has since developed a fault. However, a boiler breakdown occurring several weeks after a routine service does not necessarily indicate that the service was carried out incorrectly, particularly when considering the age and condition of the appliance.
Should you wish to raise concerns regarding the scope of the service provided under the OVO/Corgi programme, these would be best directed to the organisation responsible for managing that contract. Nevertheless, we remain confident that the service was completed in accordance with the requirements set out by the programme and to the standard expected of our engineers.

Great experience with Butch’s Plumbing and Heating. Jack’s advice was spot on and gave me real confidence in the underfloor heating and boiler setup.

We previously had a new boiler through Butch's Plumbing and they did a brilliant job, what is great is they sent us a reminder when the service was due, we booked our service and once again a brilliant job was done, on both occasions they were on time, polite, informative and very tidy. I have no issues in recommending them, job well done.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the first contact to the job being completed, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
