Helpfulness that goes above and beyond
The customer service/sales team were impeccable.
They answered all questions quickly, delivery was prompt and arranged around the time that I would be available to receive the item. The price on the mincer was the most affordable when comparing other suppliers. I highly recommend the business and especially the sales team on their politeness and going out of their way in making this purchase an absolute pleasure.

By saving us having to replace a expensive piece of equipment, unlike another company who keep trying to sell us a new machine.

One of the worst experiences
Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor and I am not happy with my experience with this company. I would not recommend them. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had.

Hopeless
First delivery time slot the van turned up and couldn't find my parcel. Second delivery the van didn't turn up and apparently my parcel has been delivered to the wrong house!
Still waiting for parcel or at the very least some communication.

Hello,
While we understand your frustration with the situation this issues with your delivery have been caused by the courier and not us.
You have spoken to a member of the customer service team here who has informed you that an investigation has been raised with the courier regarding your delivery and once further information is available it will be provided to you. You was also informed that if the package cannot be found and delivered to you correctly we will happily provide a replacement.
We appreciate you may feel that this isn't enough communication but we cannot provide information that we do not have.
Excellent products and speedy delivery 🚚
