100% recommend Chris Corkindale. An absolute gent and ever the professional. Great communicator and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns. I am extremely grateful I was allocated Chris. He is very experienced and very personable and shows a genuine desire to achieve the right outcome. A really nice guy with strong values, I cannot recommend enough.

I was connected to Chris Corkindale at Burton Copeland several weeks ago through an insurance policy from my old job. He was prompt to contact me back and provided an excellent service throughout. He visited me at home and was extremely thorough , professional and honest throughout my dealings with him and he put me at ease as soon as we met. Thankfully the matter went no further but I extend my thanks to Chris for the excellent service I received.

Terrible service

I would give Aidan Carr negative star if there was one. I contacted Burton Copeland and Aidan replied to me. I introduced my case via email but he responded that before they could review my case, I have to pay £2400, in desperation I did immediately. I was hoping he would provide me a contract, or a breakdown of what service to expect from him, as least as a professional. That never happened but instead on the same day I received an email from Aidan Carr, he basically has copied and paste summary of the case. Nonetheless he got the facts of the case completely wrong, misrepresenting the issue to a direction completely irrelevant to the case. This just illustrated to me he did not take the necessary time to understand the case, review the documents, and he did not even have the courtesy to give me a telephone conversation. Instead on the same day he emailed saying I have no case and he will not be representing me. A simple telephone conversation would've gone a long way to clarify and guide him rather than going off on a completely wrong trajectory. He didn't even afford me a phone call. And for his awful service, he collected £1200.00 and refunded me the balance. I think he was very unprofessional and did a disservice to his profession. He probably just saw this as an opportunity to make a quick return without caring of the consequences to the person involve. I will be escalating my complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. I sincerely hope this isn't a true reflection of Burton Copeland LLP.

To make matter worse, same day I received his email, I replied to highlight to him the mistakes and misrepresentation, in which he replied saying my file has been closed.

Office staff were polite and kind. The solicitor Aidan Carr does not follow best practice or guidelines. He did not review my documents, didn't speak to me for my explanation, contacted the other side and asked for their documents, told me to tell them he was representung me when he hadn't asked what level of service I wanted. Asked me to pay up front, didn't provide a break down of how he had spent the £1200. He told me the £ would cover representing me at the first hearing .then when I said I didn't want him to represent me he took all the money. Zero people skills, unprofessional and didn't review my documents and gave bad advice. Avoid

Fantastic service by Gwyn!! from start to finish has made me feel at ease with full procedure

This was a motoring case, Dangerous Driving, absolutely amazing result once again, couldn't have got a better outcome. Highly recommend Burton and Copeland to anybody, absolute dedication and professionalism. I wasn't aware Burton and Copeland dealt with motoring offences so was change of solicitors after being let down by another solicitor in Magistrates who failed us, Damian Wall took on the case with just weeks to prepare for Crown court hearing, very thorough and had the case prepared with no avenues unturned. Damian Wall was our solicitor and Claire was our Barrister in Crown court. we used Damian in 1999 in a case and he was amazing then, Outcome, NFA. would recommend Burton and Copeland to anybody needing a solicitor. we got the least we could get and was amazed at only a 12 month ban and tag. This was a serious case. Thank you, yous really are amazing at what you do.
