BuildSafe Omdömen

The buildsafe team provided us with an outstanding service for our self build warranty. The process was clear and customer friendly, progress inspections were well organised with good advice given. A personal word for Madison in the client services team who responded brilliantly to ensure our timescales for completion of the process were met.

My interaction with all the representatives at Buildsafe has always been great.

Good communication, either on phone or email.
Good feedback to questions.
Speedy answers to questions.

I always recommend Buildsafe to all that I talk to that want warranty cover dealt with.

Thank you all at Buildsafe.

I have used build safe on a couple of new builds for warranties and they have been excellent especially now Jenny has looked after my projects. I will be back in contact for my next site in the near future.

We're using BuildSafe for New Build Warranty and have found them professional and extremely helpful. Ellie and Hatty have been particularly brilliant and have gone above and beyond to help us achieve completions, as well as being a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend

Overall great experience, a little slow from time to time but the staff are friendly and helpdul

We recently completed a small exclusive development of timber framed green energy houses and used Build Safe for the warranty. Ramona was excellent at communication throughout every step of the process and ensured we were updated on progress as soon as it happened. I recommend and would definitely use Build Safe again.

The team was most helpful. Policy offered was delivered.

Madison Phillips is incredibly helpful. Fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend them.

Great working with the Buildsafe team and as professional developers I can thoroughly recommend their service. We needed the certificate expediting in order to keep a chain of 5 sales in place and Jenny at Build Safe did an excellent job. Many Thanks

Helpful service throughout and a chased the delivery of all paperwork when needed in a short time scale for 2 blocks with 20 apartments. Any issues always addressed promptly. Would recommend for future. A special thank you to Ellie Farrell and Jenny Wilson on this.

The business. Got me a Professional Consultants Certificate. Not an easy task

Due to some Ill advice, when developing a commercial building into a residential I was told I wouldn’t need architect plans/ warranties from a private building regulations company as it was just a renovation, in the eyes of morgage lender when coming to sell, this just wasn’t the case. The team at Buildsafe kept me feeling calm and confident whilst trying to help secure a warranty in terms of retrospective (which many warranty companies don’t offer). Today, I finally received my warranty after a long 8 months of uncertainty. This journey hasn’t been easy but the team was always there for updates and kept on-top of things as much as you’d hope for. I want to give a special thank you to Ramona Dixon-Fyle, there’s a lot of seemingly endless back and forth whilst trying to obtain a warranty and I’m just so appreciative I had your support and calming manner to get me through it. Thank you so much.

From the start of our project to completion, this company has been proactive and professional throughout. Every representative has been on key.
Especially Maddison who really dug deep and helped us out when we requested changes to the warranty at the last minute.

I found the service exceptionally good from the first phonecall to the last. Very quick with response times and always courteous.

The process throughout the Development was smooth and efficient but above all communication was easy and comprehensive . The Fee was as is normal paid in advance . At the end of the Development Buildsafe calculated that their actual costs had not reached the Fee paid and hence they made a refund . Hatty was excellent in organising and completing this refund . Many thanks to her

Tom and Jenny successfully arranged a PCC allowing our sale to progress. Calm and professional service. Would recommend.

great service. Very helpful and efficient.

Joe at Buildsafe has taken the time to deal with my query with great patience and understanding. Joe has provided me with great professional advice and has made himself available in the event that I need him to act further. This is an impressive level of personal service.
Thank you
Jim
